    Hatti really was knowledgeable in her field and chose the products to suit my hair. After an in depth consultation and personal assessment I was given a fantastic nassage with products applied It was an experience well worth the visit and I will be using the products from now on. During this I was given an amazing a coffee exactly to my taste and I left feeling amazing. Thank you liverpool staff and especially Hatti x CR

    I don’t really go to new things on my own so I was feeling quite anxious but hattie was super lovely!! She talked me through everything and made me feel really relaxed plus my hair is the best it’s ever looked!!

    Had the most INCREDIBLE wash and blowdry today from Hattie!!! From start to finish she was an absolute star - so welcoming and friendly, so knowledgeable etc - I felt like I’d know her forever. She made my experience unforgettable and I can’t wait to come back and have another blow dry in the near future.
