  I went in to the Liverpool standalone store , on entering i was the only customer in there , the girls where having a laugh between themselves and i really felt very uncomfortable in there. I bought perfume and a mascara and i asked if i could try a couple of samples with a view to if i like a new product i will buy it after trying. I was swiftly told they dont do samples, which is untrue , all the other outlets have usually put a couple in whithout me even asking , if i like it after ill buy it . Will give this store a wide birth in the future.

  Christine at Charlotte Tilbury Liverpool One, did an amazing job with my makeup! She was so friendly, listened to exactly what I wanted, and created a flawless look. It was obvious the experience she had.Left there more confident and with a bag of goodies. I would highly recommend her. Thank you, Christine!

  Took my partner’s niece for the glow and go and exagereyes experiences. Charlie was absolutely incredible, talked us through all the steps and made us feel so welcome! Excellent service as per usual xx
