She was so so helpful discussing my skincare needs and I just had to write a review, she was fab💘🛁

She guided me towards the products that suited what I needed them for (massage for bad back). She explained what ingredients would help and how they helped. She let me put my bags down and encouraged me to relax on my journey around the shop. It didnt feel like I was a bother when I said no to a product, she simply found another one that would do the job. She was really friendly and helpful. Thank you Morgan and the other amazing team members at Lush. I WILL be back :)

They even pampered the senior members of the party like VIPs, Nanny got a lovely relaxing arm massage from Mel whilst poor Keiran tamed the Feral children! Absolutely amazing & memorable idea for a party for all ages, we all really enjoyed ourselves! ✨️Big up to Lincoln Lush Team, we really do appreciate you✨️

Her positive attitude and excellent leadership really stand out and create such a welcoming atmosphere in the store. Due to their not being a LUSH locally I don’t tend to blind buy in case I dislike something or it doesn’t work for me. Today I went to Lincoln and visited the store there and had the absolute pleasure of having Fraya assist me! She listened as I explained the scents I love and use a lot, and with that led me over to a few products I’ve never tried but fit my scent. So beyond grateful for her as now I have new favourite products I know i’ll be repurchasing a lot. Specifically love the Chelsea Morning perfume she directed me to - cannot stop spraying. Thankyou so much Fraya!

We have an amazing body product called charity pot that has fair trade olive oil in which is both soothing on the skin and nourishing too. If that's not fab enough also all the money goes into a big central fund that is split into 3 areas for charity. Animal rights, Environmental rights and human rights. Pop in for sample.
