Today I was served by Ashlee who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience; she recommended products that matched what I was looking for exactly. Her customer service skills made me feel like I was being served by an expert but chatting with an old friend. Definitely the friendliest store in Lincoln, nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff here have ensured I will be a customer at Lush for years to come, their passion for the brand is infectious.

She welcomed us into the store and helped us find something for our daughter who had recently had a csection to deliver her baby. She was knowledgable, friendly, not pushy for the sale and offered great advice. Upon leaving she had even bought our daughter a moisturising bar from her own pocket as a gift for us to hand to our daughter. True kindness that was appreciated greatly. I wanted to know more about their free skin care consultations and I was assisted by Fraya and long story short, I left with exactly what I wanted. I must say, Fraya is extremely knowledgeable about the product range , she sold me exactly what I needed and I probably had the best conversation of the day. I felt so welcomed, taken care off and words just fall short of my experience. Safe to say, I’m definitely coming back to get all my new found favorites at Lush, all thanks to Fraya.

We have an amazing body product called charity pot that has fair trade olive oil in which is both soothing on the skin and nourishing too. If that's not fab enough also all the money goes into a big central fund that is split into 3 areas for charity. Animal rights, Environmental rights and human rights. Pop in for sample.
