  The consultant made no effort to colour match the foundation shade to my daughters skin tone, making her look absoulutely ridicious. We went staright home to wash it off, rather than continue with our shopping trip.

  For the longest time I’ve always felt far too awkward and uncomfortable to even approach a beauty counter and I’ve never before had my make up done. I popped in over the weekend and Sarah colour matched me for foundation and she kindly suggested booking an appointment to come back and experiment with a few different looks as I was looking for make up for my wedding day! From the second I met her, Sarah made me feel completely at ease. She was so warm, patient, and genuinely just the kindest soul and she instantly took away all the awkwardness and anxiety I’ve always associated with makeup shopping. Sarah has such a calming, welcoming energy and made me feel truly looked after. I left feeling so much more confident and with a whole bunch of products to help achieve what Sarah showed me how to do and that is entirely down to her kindness, patience and encouragement. She is an absolute credit to Charlotte Tilbury - a real gem 🫶🏻

  Had my make up done with Sarah and she was fantastic! She created a beautiful look for my 40th birthday party and was warm and welcoming througout! She advised me about what products suited my skin type and not only did I leave with a new look I left with a full bag of treats too. Thank you so much Sarah, will be booking in again for my next occasion ❤️

  I visited Sarah at Unit 12 Charlotte Tilbury for my 50th Birthday makeover. The experience was surreal and one I wont forget. Sarah was brilliant from the start, she matched my skin to the products perfectly and chose complementing colours for my makeover. Her skills shone through and she was very knowledgable. She explained well, how and why she was applying certain products and I left feeling very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend visiting Sarah for a makeover, after my amazing experience and being complemented during my 50th birthday party!

  I’m writing this review two weeks to late, I had such an amazing experience at the Charlotte Tilbury counter, all thanks to Sarah! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so welcome and completely looked after. She took her time with me, really listening to what I wanted and making sure everything was tailored perfectly to suit me. What stood out the most was how thoroughly she explained each product — not just what it does, but how to use it properly and why it would work for me. You can tell she genuinely knows her stuff and cares about giving the best experience possible. There was no rush at all, just a calm, luxurious experience where I felt pampered and confident in every product she recommended. I walked away feeling amazing and so happy with everything. Sarah truly went above and beyond — such a credit to the brand. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again.
