  I booked an appointment at Charlotte Tilbury for my daughter’s prom makeup and Kia did the look. OMG she was AMAZING! Kia really made my daughter’s special day even more special. She was so friendly, listened carefully, and gave her the exact look she wanted. My daughter was so in love with her look. Thank you so much Kia and Charlotte Tilbury team!

  I visited the Charlotte Tilbury counter at Flannels today with my sister , as they were unable to secure an appointment online. She simply to have her foundation shade re‑checked. The staff member assisting her around 3 pm a shorter Asian woman whose name she did not catch was disrespectful and demonstrated a distinct lack of basic customer service standards. Her conduct fell well below what is reasonable to expect from a premium brand representative, and it is clear she would benefit significantly from proper customer service training.

  Today I had a make up review with a consultant called Sarah, at Charlotte Tilbury in Fosse Park, Leicester. It was absolutely fantastic! Sarah was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience easy to follow. I learned so many new techniques, from blending foundation perfectly to creating a flawless look, Sarah has given me the confidence in my daily routine. The lesson was hands-on, personalised, and full of helpful tips that really made a difference. I left feeling inspired and excited to try out everything I learnt. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to improve their makeup skills, whether you’re a beginner or just want to refine your techniques! I'd like to add that I have a disability and have an assistance Dog, some stores have not been very welcoming when they see I have a dog with me but to Sarah it was no trouble. Thank you for your time and understanding, Sarah.

  I visited Flannels today, as I wanted to buy a new foundation and CT had been recommended by a friend. I’d not made an appointment, but was sat down in 5 minutes. Sarah was the lady who helped me…she was lovely, put me at ease straight the way, asked questions without judging my answers, explained what she was using, why it was ideal for my skin, what ingredients were in it, how to apply it. I’d of loved to buy the whole range she used on me, as I loved the final result. I purchased 4 CT items and I’m looking forward to having a go with them myself. There was no ‘hard sell’ to my relief and I will return to buy other bits and will book an appointment with Sarah again…Thank you!
