  I went in on Wednesday I didn’t catch the woman’s name but she has quite a few tattoos and a bridge pricing she was amazing. Really informative and just so kind and seemed so happy to help

  Aaron and Georgia were a massive help to myself and my partner today in store. Aaron walked us through all of the fragrances that had similar notes to our personal favourites. Georgia and Aaron both recommended bath bombs that matched those fragrances. Lovely staff, and a welcoming environment.

  The team at Lush Wakefield are awesome! Especially Liv and Meg who hosted! I had my daughter's 8th Birthday Party here today and I could not have asked for a better party for her! She loves anything crafty and loves bath bombs from here so it was the perfect combo. When I initially booked the party they did ask a few questions to try get to know some things about her so they could do the best by her. I did mention that she hates being the center of attention, which was put into he special notes. I got to choose what the girls would make during the party and also got to choose the item they would receive in their party bag and for the birthday girl I got to choose three things. When it came to the party today she was initially very shy when we went into the store, but soon settled with all of her friends. Liv and Meg who hosted the party were lovely and you could tell my daughter felt comfortable with them straight away. They were both really kind and spoke to me and my husband and let us know where we could put things and what would happen and great with a group of excitable 12 7-8 year old girls with a couple of 5-6 years old thrown into the mix. The games that were played were great. One activity that they did was to find the llama bath bombs that were going into their party bags from lush, they were hidden throughout the store before we arrived and it was probably my daughter's favourite activity other than the making of the bubble bar they did. But they also did like a pictionary game using the rainbow bath play dough which was really fun. Overall an awesome experience and I really felt like they had listened to what I said about my daughter they still gave her the attention as the birthday girl so she felt special but really toned it back so it wasn't too much for her. All of the other parents were saying how much their girls loved too and didn't realiseLush did parties I know a couple of her friends have already requested their parties to be here! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

  I don’t often write reviews for things but I HAD to, I’m so disappointed I didn’t ask their name but the individual who explained the face masks to me and my partner was an Absolute Angel. They took care and time to describe each face mask to us as I have sensitive skin and was confused by the textures, they even took the liberty of rubbing it on their own skin, this shows me true employee trust in their products and made buying it feel a lot less of a coin toss. I’d also like to note that and no point did I not see every single staff member helping/ laughing with a customer. The staff were amazing with the kids and I can imagine how messy it can get with them in a bath store. I’m originally from London and all I can say is your other branches need to take notes.100% made me a regular here xx
