We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
Our entrance is step-free
Our shop has an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

- ZWZoe W2 days ago5.0I’m a big Lush fan anyway, but I’m an even bigger fan of the Whiterose store! This shop is incredible, and so are the staff. It’s the best Lush I’ve ever visited for friendliness, knowledge, and customer service. My daughter and I popped in today to pick up some birthday gifts for my son, Sandra helped us choose some fun treats for him. She really listened to what we were looking for and tailored her recommendations perfectly to his needs, showing us options we might never have found ourselves. She went absolutely above and beyond, and we genuinely had the best time. Thank you for making our day and turning a simple shopping trip into such a lovely experience.

Faatimah delivered truly first-class customer service and made the whole shopping experience a pleasure. If only every shop had a Faatimah!

I felt so relaxed, she was very caring, and I could feel the good vibes radiating off of her into my scalp! She was a joy to speak to and I can't wait to see her again to experience more of the spa treatments lush have to offer. (And another scalp massage! Do you still accept bottle tops for recycling?
Due to a backlog at your processing warehouse we aren't able to take bottle tops at this time. Contact your local authority or keep them and check back with us a later date.
Can I bring back my LUSH packaging to you?
Yes! We have an amazing recycling scheme where you can return any Lush plastic packaging to us. If you bring back 5 you can have one of our free fresh face masks. If you bring back less or don't use facemasks each individual pot or bottle will give you 50p off your shop. Can Lush donate products to us?
We love doing charitable giving and can provide product donations for service users of local grassroots charities, local refuges, foodbanks and shelters. Please email us at white.rose@lush.co.uk to see if we can offer a donation.
Can you donate raffle prizes for events?
As we focus our donations on services users of local grass roots charities, we don't donate raffle prizes, however there may be other ways in which we can support your event for example coming along and doing product making. Get in touch with white.rose@lush.co.uk and we can see how we can help.
Can I try your products in store?
Absolutely pop in and see us and we can showcase almost any product in store to you. We have your safety in mind, so we can either give you a pamper and show you how to use the product, or if you would prefer something contact free we can tell you how to use it while you try it out for yourself.
Can I pay over the phone?
We have an amazing pay by link system so if you would like to order something to collect at a later date you can call or email us, we will then send you a payment link via email or text message and once we have confirmed payment we will keep hold of the products till you can come collect them.
Do you offer samples?
Yes we do! If there is anything you're eager to try, pop in and see us and we can make you up some samples. We will probably ask a few questions about allergies and what impact you're looking for from the product to make sure we are getting the right thing for you.
Do you offer work experience?
At the moment we do not offer work experience, however you can keep an eye out in store or on the Lush Website to find out when we are recruiting.
How old do you have to be to work for Lush
You must be a miniumum of 16 years old to apply for a job at Lush.
