We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
Our entrance is step-free
Our shop has an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

- MGMellissa Greenway1 day ago5.0My daughters have returned home from an afternoon out with my mum and sister who took them to the summer workshop at white rose at 2:45. My girls have not stopped talking about how amazing the workshop was and couldn’t wait to show me all their goodies they got. Big thank you to the girl who hosed (sorry they didn’t catch your name), she answered all my very intrigued daughters questions and made the over all experience memorable.
- KIKiran I5 days ago5.0Ella and Kulsum were the hosts for my daughters 6th birthday party. They were absolutely fantastic! They were fun, cheerful and kept all 9 kids engaged during the 1.5hr session. I was able to sit back and relax whilst they kept the kids entertained. The activities and games were enjoyable and educational at the same time. The girls were all pleasantly surprised with their Lush goodie bag. Many thanks to Sandra also, who sat down with me and provided me with all the information I needed regarding the booking and what the party would entail. Myself and my daughter always leave Lush with a smile. By far the store which has the the best customer service! Would highly recommend having a birthday party at Lush!

She took the time to really listen to my skin concerns and only recommended products that were genuinely right for me, rather than simply trying to sell me something. She was so knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain the ingredients, how to use each product, and even how to store them properly. You could really tell that she cared about helping me find what worked best for my skin. I’ve never experienced this level of care and attention in a shop before. Faatimah was absolutely lovely, and I left feeling really looked after and confident about the products I’d chosen. Thank you so much, Faatimah! You’re a credit to Lush. ❤️

We purchased rainbow bubble pack and came away with some lovely items. Leeds, white rose is one of our favourite stores. Ayesha showed us around and allowed us to try out some products and explained their uses. She told us about the lush app when in store as we come a lot so we also got £3 off. Keep up the good work, your staff are amazing

Ella was so knowledgeable as well! My sister and I have vastly different tastes when it comes to body and beauty products and she easily found things for both of us :). I left with the Lord of Misrule perfume - would recommend for the cool weird girls! I also want to shout out another staff member whose name I didn’t catch! They had the coolest eyeliner and long black hair! She helped us when we first came in and darted for the Moomin collab!

Yes! We have an amazing recycling scheme where you can return any Lush plastic packaging to us. If you bring back 5 you can have one of our free fresh face masks. If you bring back less or don't use facemasks each individual pot or bottle will give you 50p off your shop. Can Lush donate products to us?
We love doing charitable giving and can provide product donations for service users of local grassroots charities, local refuges, foodbanks and shelters. Please email us at white.rose@lush.co.uk to see if we can offer a donation.
Can you donate raffle prizes for events?
As we focus our donations on services users of local grass roots charities, we don't donate raffle prizes, however there may be other ways in which we can support your event for example coming along and doing product making. Get in touch with white.rose@lush.co.uk and we can see how we can help.
Can I try your products in store?
Absolutely pop in and see us and we can showcase almost any product in store to you. We have your safety in mind, so we can either give you a pamper and show you how to use the product, or if you would prefer something contact free we can tell you how to use it while you try it out for yourself.
Can I pay over the phone?
We have an amazing pay by link system so if you would like to order something to collect at a later date you can call or email us, we will then send you a payment link via email or text message and once we have confirmed payment we will keep hold of the products till you can come collect them.
Do you offer samples?
Yes we do! If there is anything you're eager to try, pop in and see us and we can make you up some samples. We will probably ask a few questions about allergies and what impact you're looking for from the product to make sure we are getting the right thing for you.
Do you offer work experience?
At the moment we do not offer work experience, however you can keep an eye out in store or on the Lush Website to find out when we are recruiting.
How old do you have to be to work for Lush
You must be a miniumum of 16 years old to apply for a job at Lush.
