Last time I visited I had the most amazing customer service from Charlie. He was so warm and engaging. I just popped in to "smell" the latest and greatest and ended up leaving with a Mojave Ghost body mist and thinking of several other scents as future purchases! All due to Charlie :-) You have a gem there, Byredo!
