- LMLorna MylettAug 25, 20261.0I’m sorry to say that getting a brow treatment at Benefit has become a bad experience, not because of the quality of the work, but because they use it as a way to constantly sell you products while you are sat in the chair. I had 4 different creams/products put on my face (without asking first…), although I booked in for a brow wax and didn’t ask for face products, or show any interest in other products, but the selling just kept coming. It made me feel uncomfortable because I want to be polite, but really, I’m just there to get my service and go! A quick 15 mins brow wax turned into a 25 minute selling tactic. To top it off, the brow tint colour that was sold to me (the medium gimme brow colour) turned out basically black and even after 2 attempts to reduce the colour it was way too dark. I was really disappointed and I won’t be going back after 2/3 years of using it as my go to brow service. I don’t blame the person doing my treatment, I imagine they’re doing what they are told to do, I just think it’s a bad tactic from Benefit and I wish they would go back to just letting me enjoy my service.

Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
