  Kirsty was fantastic today - my son had a great time doing a bath bomb dissolving with her and she was kind enough to give me a free bath bar and take her time with me choosing products that would be up my alley. She’s wonderful, store was clean and products vast and stocked. She let me know about all the activities they have over half term in store and all the free treatments available. Will be returning! Thank you!

  I had a lovely experience with Kirsty, who warmly guided us through the fantastic range of products Lush has to offer, from body lotions, shower gels and perfumes to body scrubs and body powders. She also treated my friend and me to a relaxing hand massage, which was such a lovely touch. Kirsty’s knowledge, friendly approach and exceptional customer service made the whole experience truly enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

  I came in with a friend, her daughter and my two girls on a busy Saturday afternoon and I honestly did not expect to enjoy and have such an amazing experience shopping in this store. The staff members were above and beyond. Very helpful, bubbly and enthusiastic and very professional. And something you don't see often but you can tell they really enjoy their jobs which isn't often noticeable in other stores. My daughter had such a lovely experience and I got what I needed in terms of a gift for a mum to be. Thank you so much!

  Five stars: Michelle at Lush Leicester I visited Lush Leicester on 1st October 2026 looking for products suited to my curly hair, and Michelle was a shining star. She took the time to understand what my hair needs and guided me to the best products for it, even giving me generous samples so I could try before committing. Michelle went above and beyond from start to finish. She's a real asset to Lush, and I'd recommend asking for her if you're after personalised advice.   I had the BEST experience at Lush today. I was served by Annie who was a sweetheart! She helped me find the right products I wanted for my shower routine. The products she suggested were amazing, they all smelt incredible. I came in just to browse but left buying 4 items, they were too good not to get!! Annie was also kind enough to talk me through the store, so now I have an idea on products I want to go back and try like the christmas products and the hair products! I’m so happy with what I got and Annie made my shopping experience so welcoming. I will definitely be back there soon!
