  First time in the Leicester Lush store I was served by Michelle she was super Friendly informative of the products helped me pick the perfect body spray she is a credit to the store lovely young lady and pointed me to other great shops to visit in Leicester 5 🌟

  I couldn’t recommend Lush Leicester more. We always have a positive experience but today Oakley really went above and beyond. He was so patient to talk me through all the different products and his product knowledge was fantastic! Thank you so much for my samples I can’t wait to try a new product again on my next visit. Thank you so much again

  I used to love coming to the Lush store, but as of late it just feels very overwhelming and yet underwhelming at the same time. I love members of your staff, like Francis, who's very warm and easy to talk to, but other members of staff just feel like they're very full-on and they don't give you breathing room. The product range is so vast now that it just becomes decision fatigue, and I just tend to leave with nothing. If I go in there with a specific purpose for a specific product, I will get it in and go. I do not browse anymore. I will also say, look at the back of the products when you read the ingredients list, because what you do find is that, though they are vegan and don't use any animal products in there, there are some products that are cosmetic chemicals that potentially can harm your skin and triggered my eczema. I'll also say I'm sick and tired of bath bombs staying in my bathtub.

  Michelle and Annie at Lush are wonderful and both offer great customer care, which is a rare thing now. My daughter really enjoyed the pampering session and the bath bomb activity. Thank you ladies we will be back.
