  I came to get the dusting powder and we were assisted by Saif, and omg he was so sweett and kind, not only helped find what I needed but made me wanna come back the products are no doubt really good especially the date shower gel. He gave us some samples to try on and see how we like it which was really helpful

  Went to Preston via the the park n ride with my daughter Jess, only the second time we had been! Walked in and was greeted straight away with a lovely bubbly hello and smiling faces all round! I sat down for a rest and joined In the conversation about remakes of old films! That was nice!☺️ while Jess carried on browsing! Before leaving with £70 of lush goodies, we were then directed to the Wallis and Gromit statues and were given a sample each of shower gel for being such lovely chatty ,smiley customers! ❤️ Miserable rainy shopping day made really special by a lovely shop and staff! 🚿🛀🧽🧼

  I popped into Lush with my 10-year-old stepdaughter, thinking we'd grab a cleansing balm and be on our way. How wrong I was! What started as a quick shopping trip turned into a full-blown spa experience. After getting some great advice on a cleansing balm, my stepdaughter was offered a complimentary facial. The products used were all-natural, gentle, and perfect for her skin. Annabelle was absolutely fantastic. She talked us through every step, explained every ingredient, what it does, and why it was being used. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely lovely. She also gave my stepdaughter a hand and arm massage so relaxing that she nearly fell asleep three times—I was starting to get jealous! The other two team members were equally wonderful. They worked together like a well-oiled machine, spotting when someone needed help before a word was even spoken. It's rare to see such a genuinely supportive and attentive team. Rikki then took the time to explain the sleep range to me and even gave me a sample to try. Needless to say, I left with the Sleep Massage Bar, and honestly, it's a must-have. We will definitely be back. My stepdaughter is already asking when her next facial is, and my daughter will probably feel a little left out when she hears all about it! At least I'll be well-rested thanks to my new sleep bar. Thank you to Annabelle, Rikki, and the rest of the team for making what should have been a simple shopping trip such a memorable and relaxing experience. Five stars from both of us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  had the BEST experience with a worker today, so so upset i didn’t get their name but we had matching green cargos and they had the cutest red-orange hair they helped me get together a very early birthday gift for my house mate (she has curly hair and we want to test out sample sizes for a month or two before her birthday so her hair can look good ON her birthday), they gave such incredible and in depth info, wrote a whole card with care instructions and gave me a recommendation on a body spray when they noticed me already purchasing the scrubee i already loved lush but this has really solidified my loyalty to this store specifically, the second i find out their name it’ll be going into this review as a shout out, thank you so much again!! they will be seeing my housemate and I when we repurchase the full size products she loves around her birthday 🙂‍↕️ update: thank you sm rory!! will be seeing you again soon ❤️

  I find it very hard to make a decision especially when I want to buy everything on the Lush product list. I spoke to Maryam and explained I wanted an uplifting and refreshing shower gel that has a sophisticated fragrance. I also wanted to try and be kind to the skin on my face and find a product which would clean my skin and my facial hair. Maryam shortlisted the Kalamazoo and Olive Branch Shower Gel. The smell is invigorating for both products and after using them for a few weeks where a small amount goes a long way. My skin feels smoother and the shower gel suds up very easily and it smells wonderful. I will definitely be back and looking for further advice from Maryam. She is passionate about the Lush brand and explained the ethical sourcing and composition of the products which are important to me. I am now trying the revive hair moisturiser the celestial face cream and another shower gel all based on suggestions from Maryam. Five star service great experience. Will be buying more products for my family. Keep up the good work and thank you for your ideas and product selection they are working an absolute treat.
