Our shop is located on a busy high street.
Our entrance is step-free
Our shop has wide aisles and an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
We don't have a customer toilet.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

I came yesterday with a friend for a mini facial, neck and shoulder rub and a hand and arm massage (for free!). I was pleasantly surprised by their product offerings for sensitive/reactive skin, I had a consultation with Chloe, she is extremely knowledgeable and filled a slate with products which worked perfectly for my awkward skin. I assumed that I would only be able to use the plain flavours, but no, we found many products for me which looked and smelled delicious. After our treatments Chloe and Sam talked us through some other products and gave us samples of those which were used in our treatments and those of interest to us. They both obviously care a lot about their work and it makes a huge impact on how you feel in the shop.
