  I popped into fenwicks today and had a glow and go facial with Holly it was absolutely fabulous she was really knowledgeable about every product and step of the routine and answered all of my questions 10/10 I would recommend her highly !! 💐

  My make up experience with Grace at Charlotte Tilbury was AMAZING! She is very knowledgable and friendly and gave the best service. I am in love with the products she picked for me and I felt really listened to and looked after by the team. Charlotte Tilbury fan here now!!! Incredible. Fenwicks Canterbury! What was a shame was the very sensitive automatic doors being so close to everyone in the make up department which meant I moved seats to get away from the wind but it was still very chilly and sat there for an hour and a half whilst trying to experience and understand my make up for my wedding whilst feeling like I was sat outside in the wind. For a very high end luxury service and a retail spot for luxury products, the building itself needs to be looked at for improvements to better cater for customers as the staff are AMAZING and deserve the very best!

  I have been looking to update my makeup routine for some time to better suit my skin as it matures, specifically seeking a youthful, glowy look that does not emphasise fine lines. As someone who has always favoured a light, natural approach, I was delighted that Holly immediately recognised and respected my preferences. She provided a fantastic makeover and took the time to talk me through the specific techniques and products required to achieve the natural look I was after. In addition to her technical expertise, Holly was incredibly supportive regarding an upcoming event I am attending. I was feeling a bit nervous, but her encouragement and "pep talk" gave me a significant boost in confidence regarding both my appearance and the event itself. I am excited to try these new techniques myself today. I am very grateful for Holly's help and wanted to ensure her excellent work was recognised.
