I went into Lush on Saturday to find some new hair treatments as my hair has become super dry and damaged recently, I think due to how hot the weather has been and my hair is already dyed.
I was greeted by a Pippa and she offered to test out a treatment called H’suan Wen Hua in my hair, she braided it in for me so I could let it work and wash it out when I got home. While she was braiding my hair (which she did a fabulous job at considering it is incredibly thick and untameable) she talked me through some products that I can wash my hair with, these I can use regularly to breath some life back into it and they suit the quality I’d like my hair to be (like shiny). She then gave me some testers for these so I could try them out when I washed my hair later that day.
Honestly my hair has never smelt or felt better! I went back today and bought the products as I think these will be my go to from now on!! I got served by Pippa again and also had a lovely chat with Millie who offered my little dog Eddie some treats, he loved the fuss.

Such a lovely experience at Lush today with Belle and her colleague (so sorry I didn’t catch their name). My daughters and friend did a bath bomb making session which they loved, but both members of staff went out of their way- braiding hair, doing tattoos and massages with products. The girls (and I) were delighted! Lush shoulder be proud of how knowledgeable, kind and personable they are xx

As soon as me and my friend Amy came to the shop lush A new Girl called Amy did a facial express and i love how she did it and it was soft and calm and i was a lot happier and confident she had a beautiful smile a lot.and i am happy with this and people should come to this shop Amy is the best with facial express
