  Excellent experience in this store with fantastic customer service. John looked after us amazingly, answering all questions hair, bath and skincare! He showed us how to use a few products and gave us amazing recommendations. We will definitely be back to repurchase! Thanks so much to him for his time and attentiveness :)

  Went to Lush Tunbridge Wells for a browse, what a lovely experience with a wonderful member of your staff named Jess. They were so helpful, and so knowledgeable regarding ingredients and answers all my questions, let me try a few of the products and offered a sample for me to take home. Jess is an absolute credit to your team, thank you for all your help! I’m looking forward to the products chosen.

  I love their shampoo bars, they told me it can wash 80 times! This time I also tried the wasabi shampoo, so very cool! Love the fact that you can try all products. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The products are great, smells great and fun!

  Excellent customer service. I visited on 15/07/26 and was served by a lovely lady called Pippa. I had rushed home from work to walk back to town to visit the store, I managed to arrive with about 10 minutes before the store closed and felt awful to be visiting so close to the end of the day, but Pippa didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I was looking for a gift for my boyfriends mum for her birthday, I knew that she loved the Snow Fairy scent but sadly was advised that Snow Fairy is mainly a Christmas thing (I didn’t know this as it was my favourite too, and I’ve always been bought lots for my birthday in November and also for Christmas, so I haven’t needed to buy more throughout the year). Pippa spent time with me, helping to suggest other scents and has made me fall in love with the Comforter scent - I went with her suggestions on which items to purchase, a bubble bar (and a 2nd one for myself!) and shower gel, as well as a cherry soap slice. Pippa was so lovely, friendly and helpful, and even sprayed the bag with the Comforter body spray after my purchase. I went to a few other shops after my visit to Lush, and a lady in another shop came up to me today how lovely I smelt (which of course was the Lush bag rather than me), so I let her know what the scent was and she said she would visit the store another day. I loved the smell of the Comforter so much that I had to make a trip to the store the next day to purchase bits for myself. Again in a rush to get there from finishing work, I walked in with around the same time to spare before the store closed and again was greeted by such a lovely member of staff, this time it was John. I asked if the store stocked a soap in the Comforter scent but sadly not, but I bought one of the shower gels for myself, and was tempted by the body spray but thought that I would use it up too quickly because of how much I liked it, so initially decided against it, mainly due to the design of the bottle seeming more like a room freshener, which would make it very easy to just keep spraying. I explained this, and John came up with such a simple idea which he said that he had done for himself - he said to limit himself on how much he used, he poured a little bit into a smaller spray bottle, so that it felt more like a miniature body spray/perfume and this helped him not to waste it/to be more sparing - such a simple idea, but this convinced me to treat myself to a bottle of this too. John spending time with me discussing products and giving his recommendations on other similar scents (due to the Comforter soap not being available) made me feel so valued and cared for, that it encouraged that additional sale. In addition to this, I have been having trouble with my wrist following an operation in December after an accidental cat bite (long story), but wasn’t given any aftercare and as such, now have very bad scar tensioning - Specialists have advised me to do stretches and to massage the scar tissue to try to break it up, but it’s been very painful and almost impossible to do. Millie was in the store with John during this visit and even though it was closing time, she listened to the trouble I had been having, and again didn’t make me feel rushed at all, but she recommended two products that contained Neroli, as she thought this may help to soften and moisturise the skin and aid me in trying to massage it. Millie was lovely enough to provide me with a little sample of the “Gorgeous” cream to try, and suggested that if this didn’t help very much then another product to try would be the “Therapy” massage bar as a low cost alternative.   I popped into lush yesterday to look for the Minecraft bath bombs for my little brother which sadly they didn’t have, but I was greeted by the wonderful Dayana who helped me find an alternative (Yosji bath bomb) and was very informative with all my questions :) even gave me a few little samples to try! Would highly recommend this store and lush you have an amazing employee xx
