  Some of the best service I have ever received in a retail store. We visited on 19.2.2026 around 4.30pm, with our daughter and the lady who served us made her feel so special. She loves lush already but this staff member gave her a truly wonderful experience. First she offered to give her some glitter and misted her with the glitter spray, which like most 5 year olds she thought was amazing. Once me and my fiance had finished shopping, we were looking at something else when this staff member came to our daugther and gave her a lush bag with the spray in it as a gift. At 5 years old, this made her day and she has been so excited to wear her glitter spray. Thank you so much for spreading some joy and sharing it with us and our daughter. I didnt grab the lady's name, but she had an american/ Canadian accent. She even gave me some free samples at the till!

  Had my daughter’s 8th birthday party at lush Maidstone. Vicky and Anna went above and beyond for my daughter and her friends. I would highly recommend any children’s party’s here as it was far one of the best party’s my daughter has had. They all get a great gift to take home with themselves. Thank you again for such a great party!!
