  The staff at Lush Maidstone are exceptional and always make an effort to help and provide specialist advice, without feeling too intrusive or overwhelming. Vicky especially was extremely helpful, giving me recommendations for hair and skincare which fitted my needs, and providing samples of different options to help me reach an ideal solution. She along with the other staff made myself and my friend’s experiences today very special, and we will definitely continue to be frequent visitors and recommend this Lush branch to others! Thank you so much! 💖

  I honestly can’t recommend Lush Maidstone enough! The shop is amazing, and every member of staff is so lovely, welcoming and genuinely helpful. A special mention has to go to Vicky, who is truly the loveliest soul. She is such an incredible member of staff so kind, helpful and has a great knowledge of all the products so she can help advise on what would be good for you personally :) You can really tell that she cares about the customers and loves what she does, and she went above and beyond to make mine and my friends experience so special (we love you Vicky) ❤️ The whole team should be so proud of themselves for doing such a an amazing job! Thank you for always being so wonderful! 🥰

  First off, their products are absolutely incredible! Secondly, the employees are so kind and welcoming! They gave my partner and me some very nice soap and shampoo samples that ended up being our saving grace from having to use liquid hand soap to wash ourselves with at an Airbnb lol! We went back afterwards to buy the shampoo, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!
