Welcome to Lush Bluewater!
Here at Lush Bluewater we believe in happy people making happy soap ensuring all our products are made by hand from fresh fruits, vegetables and ethically sourced essential oils. We ensure that our store is accessible to anyone and everyone. We have excellent access through two large doors and plenty of space throughout the store.
At Lush Bluewater we love enjoying all different experiences with all people in mind. We regularly have bath bomb making workshops for all ages, as well as artist events and SEN workshop which are all bookable through the LUSH App. We have our 'Quiet Hour' every Tuesday and Thursday morning between 10 and 11 am. Here we have minimal music playing and a quieter atmosphere in the store.

Pere noticed that I was feeling quite unsure about what to buy and took the time to ask what I was looking for. I explained my skin concerns and my day-to-day reality of raising two young children, where finding time for myself can be difficult. The shower is often the closest thing I get to a spa treatment, so I wanted something quick and easy to fit into my routine. Pere was incredibly honest, professional and knowledgeable. She showed me two different products that would work well for my lifestyle – a body scrub and an exfoliating bar. She even demonstrated both products on my skin in store so I could experience how they felt and smelled before making a decision. What I appreciated most was that Pere never once made me feel pressured to buy anything. She calmly explained the benefits of each product, how they worked, and which might suit my needs best, allowing me to make an informed choice without any sales pressure. I ended up purchasing the product she recommended and am genuinely looking forward to adding a little more self-care into my daily routine. As an added touch, Pere also gave me a sample of the second product to try at home for those days when I might have a little extra time to myself. I can't thank Pere enough for her time, professionalism, kindness and down-to-earth conversation. She made what could have been an overwhelming shopping experience feel relaxed, personal and enjoyable. Thank you, Pere – I'll definitely be back for a re-stock!

I went into Lush not knowing where to start and he asked what type of tones/scents I liked the most , knowing what I liked he knew exactly what I was looking for! Richard was approachable, friendly and overall a bubbly person which made my experience delightful , I will definitely be back again once I’ve finished my very own gift box , thanks again!

Yes, at Lush Bluewater we have two types of birthday parties. Fun and Games and Treat Yourself.
Fun and Games parties, where you not only get to make your own lush product but also get to play games in the store such as Fun Rapido and Knott wrap fashion show.
However we also have Treat yourself parties, which are a full pamper party, along with making you lush product .

Do you have a click and collect service?
Yes, we do have a click and collect service which is on our Lush website. This is where you can order your products online before 3pm and collect that very same day!
Does your store cater for people with sensory needs and accessibility needs?
Yes, we do cater for both sensory and accessibility needs.
Every Tuesday and Thursday we have quiet hour between 10-11 am where we have minimal music playing and staff are encourage to use smiles and waves to greet staff instead of a 'Hello'. This is then a safe time for customers who need a calmer, quieter environment to shop. All staff members are awear that in this time customers may still need help so are still able to deliver the best customer service.
Our store is also completely flat. Therefore fully accessible. our staff are always available to help with any assistance when in store too.
Can we try products in store?
Of course you can! At lush we encourage all of our customers to test the products out in store with a staff member. This way the staff member is able to show you the most effective ways to use our products.
