Welcome to Lush Bluewater!
Here at Lush Bluewater we believe in happy people making happy soap ensuring all our products are made by hand from fresh fruits, vegetables and ethically sourced essential oils. We ensure that our store is accessible to anyone and everyone. We have excellent access through two large doors and plenty of space throughout the store.
At Lush Bluewater we love enjoying all different experiences with all people in mind. We regularly have bath bomb making workshops for all ages, as well as artist events and SEN workshop which are all bookable through the LUSH App. We have our 'Quiet Hour' every Tuesday and Thursday morning between 10 and 11 am. Here we have minimal music playing and a quieter atmosphere in the store.

- LLLiam LewisJul 14, 20265.0This evening me and my family went into LUSH so my daughter could get some bath bombs with her gift voucher, whilst she was doing this I wondered over to the moisture-risers and creams when I was approached by a lovely lady called Jo K, she asked if I needed help I said I was looking for a facial moisturiser, she asked politely what it was that I suffer with? I explained I had leukaemia in 2024 and needed a stem cell transplant which I picked up a skin condition called Graft Versus Host Disease (GVHD), Jo showed me 2 different moisturisers that she recommended for my situation. Jo then said ‘I’ll give you a sample to take away and see how you get on with it’ which was very kind but then she grabbed a full size pot and said ‘do you know what, I want you to take this free of charge, you’re a warrior’ and it honestly took me back, I didn’t quite know what to say. She later went on to explain how LUSH like to do random acts of kindness and I thought what an amazing lady and brand to do such a kind thing! Such a pleasure meeting you Jo! After dealing with blue water when it was busy it was exactly what I needed, it was wonderful getting to know her in that short time she really is a credit to the team wish you all the best at uni 💞 and thank you for a wonderful experience

She was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming with my children while they were choosing their bath bombs. She took the time to chat with them, helped them pick out products, and made the whole experience really fun and memorable for them. Gemma was genuinely friendly and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. It’s always refreshing to receive such great customer service, and she really is a credit to the Bluewater Lush team. Do you do birthday parties?
Yes, at Lush Bluewater we have two types of birthday parties. Fun and Games and Treat Yourself.
Fun and Games parties, where you not only get to make your own lush product but also get to play games in the store such as Fun Rapido and Knott wrap fashion show.
However we also have Treat yourself parties, which are a full pamper party, along with making you lush product .

Do you have a click and collect service?
Yes, we do have a click and collect service which is on our Lush website. This is where you can order your products online before 3pm and collect that very same day!
Does your store cater for people with sensory needs and accessibility needs?
Yes, we do cater for both sensory and accessibility needs.
Every Tuesday and Thursday we have quiet hour between 10-11 am where we have minimal music playing and staff are encourage to use smiles and waves to greet staff instead of a 'Hello'. This is then a safe time for customers who need a calmer, quieter environment to shop. All staff members are awear that in this time customers may still need help so are still able to deliver the best customer service.
Our store is also completely flat. Therefore fully accessible. our staff are always available to help with any assistance when in store too.
Can we try products in store?
Of course you can! At lush we encourage all of our customers to test the products out in store with a staff member. This way the staff member is able to show you the most effective ways to use our products.
