All the ladies are so accommodating and friendly, had the loveliest encounter with one of the ladies today and will be sending an email over to head office in the hope she gets the recognition she deserves! Can't wait for my next visit.

Hayden is an absolute star! Was so helpful with finding the right products for me without feeling pushy. Had a fantastic knowledge about what would be useful, and knew the products like the back of their hand. Left with a lovely haul that I can’t wait to try. Canterbury Lush is the best <3

Me and my friend went to lush yesterday and we were served by this amazing lady called Pam, she was so bubbly and friendly, managed to sell us a lot more than we were originally going to buy lol her sales skills are incredible and she made the whole experience feel light, fun and so welcoming.

Went in just to get a bath bomb and ended up with an experience. A wonderful staff member named Pam greeted us with amazing energy and invited us to try some of the products. She was really friendly and helpful through the whole visit and it brightened my day.
Also bought the ghosty bath bomb, for £5 it was a nice little treat, and fun to watch fizz

Zena has introduced me to so many beautiful-smelling products, including some of my absolute favourites — the Karma moisturiser 🧡, Whoosh Temple Rub 💙, and Pumpkin Spice shower scrub 🎃✨.
What I love most is how Zena takes the time to really understand the scents I like, explains the products so well, and even lets me try them out. She’ll demonstrate the bath bombs and make sure I find something I genuinely love. 🛁💫
