Popped into Lush today and had such a lovely experience. Jesse was really friendly, understanding, and took the time to talk us through the different products without making us feel rushed. Especially as I have lost my voice.
Archie was also brilliant and told us about the various spa treatments that Lush offers. Both of them were so bubbly, welcoming, and easy to chat to, which made the whole visit really enjoyable.
They even gifted us a little something, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. It’s rare to come across such genuinely warm customer service, and it really made our day.
We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Jesse and Archie, for making our visit so lovely!

I had such a lovely experience at Lush on the 28th, and I just had to leave a review to say thank you. Ashley and her colleague were absolutely wonderful, they took the time to help me and my boyfriend, who has eczema, with so much care and understanding.
They were incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that felt reassuring and easy to follow, which meant a lot to us. On top of that, they were so warm, friendly, and genuinely kind. it really made the whole experience feel special.
Thank you to these two beautiful souls for going above and beyond and truly making our day. Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed 💛

Is there a way to try a product before I buy it?
Absolutely! You can try most of our products in store when you have a consultation, or ask us for a sample to try at home.
Can I bring back my Lush packaging?
Please do! We'll happily receive all clean packaging. We'll even thank you for being so green! 5 black pots can be exchanged for a free fresh face mask. We've also just launched another Bring It Back scheme which includes body spray bottles and our clear plastic bottles too! For each item returned you can claim 50p of your shop with us.
Are all of your products vegan?
All of our products are vegetarian, with over 90% of our products being vegan. All of our products are registered with The Vegetarian Society or The Vegan Society. The only non egan ingredients we currently use are Honey and Beeswax.
Do you do parties?
Yes! Parties are £25 per person, which involves everything detailed below. We have a minimum number of 6 people and a maximum of 15 people (including the Guest of Honour) at our Parties.
What does my party involve?
Our in-store parties are 1hr 30 minutes.
You can choose from two different themes: Fun and Games or Treat Yourself.
Every party booking includes a selection of games and activities tailored to you, a product making kit of your choice and an exclusive party product for each of your guests while the guest of honour gets to take home three exclusive products.
When can I book?
We ask for at least 1 months notice when booking with us.
Here are our weekly time slots:
Thursdays - 5pm - 6:30pm
Fridays - 5pm - 6:30pm
Saturdays - 5:30pm - 7pm (minimum of 8 guests)
Sundays - 10am - 11:30am (shop open 11am) Maximum of 8 guests
Sundays - 4:30pm - 6pm
Our recommended minimum age is 6. If guests are under the age of 16 two adults are required to stay for the duration of the party.

Are Bath Bombs suitable for Children?
Most of our products are suitable for children from 9 months old. Suitability of Bath bombs might depend on a specific child's skin but there should always be something they can use!
What products are good for men?
Honestly, ANY! We do have a couple of products that were created more specifically with men in mind but all our products are unisex, it just depends on what type or products and fragrances you like to use.
