- KLKieron Lee6 days ago5.0Came into Lush hoping to pick up a new cologne and spray, and was greeted by wonderful customer service. Alisha was a fantastic help, being very patient and kind when it came to not only showing the scents on offer, but also giving her honest feed back on which one's smelled the best on for my skin, offering insight and information to help me make an informed decision. Another customer also chimed in to help, which made me realise that these guys run a tight ship with lovely, approachable, and helpful staff in abundance. Will definitely be back! Thank you!
- LTLyndsey ThomsonSep 28, 20265.0Great advice on bath bombs for my husband after running the marathon.
- LMLynx MacdonaldSep 19, 20265.0Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Inverness shop for sorting out a click and collect order for one of my best friends birthdays - they went above and beyond and were more than happy to write out the card from the order on my behalf which was so appreciated! When my friend came in to collect her gift, Ashley made the experience extra special by sharing excitement whilst she opened her gifts in the shop. Thank you so much again, you guys are fab!
