  I visited the Charlotte Tilbury counter in Southampton‘a John Lewis and their assistant Charlotte was brilliant at choosing the right base and foundation to make my nearly-60-year-old skin look fantastic! Even though my skin is far from flawless I felt amazing afterwards and she gave me loads of useful advice. There was no pressure to buy but I will be making some purchases based on her recommendations.

  Highly recommend Charlotte at Charlotte Tilbury in John Lewis Southampton for all things make-up and Charlotte Tilbury. I attended for a 1-2-1 masterclass and Charlotte was brilliant. I was quite nervous - I hadn’t tried any Charlotte Tilbury products before (but had been considering buying for a while) and have rarely worn make-up in the last 6 years. Charlotte was so lovey and I felt amazing in the make-up afterwards. The session was redeemable against purchases and I very easily spent the value of the session I’d booked. In due course I will buy everything that Charlotte used - it all felt and looked great. I had my make-up done around 9.30am and was sad to wash it off at 10pm as it still looked so nice. I can’t recommend Charlotte more highly - she is fab and lovely. Now hooked on the Charlotte Tilbury products too! Charlotte’s tips and the products have given me the confidence boost I needed as a woman in her 40s returning to the workplace after a long career break. Thank you so much!

  I went to Charlotte Tilbury in Westquay. Jess was absolutely amazing, I felt so comfortable with her and she definitely knows her Charlotte Tilbury and makeup. Iv never had my face look so amazing at the age of 40, I only went in for a foundation match, but after how amazing my face looked I couldn't resist to buy the whole lot, about £150 + so worth it. Better than all the cheaper makeup. ⭐✨⭐✨This is a more huge thank you to Jess, she is a huge star ⭐✨⭐✨

  As someone who cannot choose foundation I decided to go to a professional for help. At the Charlitte Tilbury stand I found Liv Webb and explained what I needed and asked for help choosing the necessary colours. I loved the way that her own makeup was understated and really brought out her lovely face. I told her I liked her look for my elderly face. Nothing over the top. She was brilliant. Patient helpful and not in the least pushy. In the end I bought 4 products instead of 2 with the help of a 20% discount. Much more important I will be returning again even though it's a 70 mile round trip. Well done and thank you Liv.
