  My first experience at Lush Spa Glasgow, and it was everything I hoped for and so much more! I booked The Comforter treatment and had the absolute pleasure of having Annie look after me. From start to finish, she was exceptional. A true expert in what she does, Annie took the time to guide me through the experience and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was absolutely incredible and, without a doubt, the best massage I have ever had! The attention to detail was just beautiful. Afterwards, I was treated to a lovely non-alcoholic spritz that lit up pink, along with some gorgeous little goodies, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful finishing touch. The whole experience was truly magical and exactly what I needed. I left feeling completely relaxed, pampered and already looking forward to my next visit. A huge thank you to Annie for making my first Lush Spa experience so special. You are absolutely amazing at what you do, and I will definitely be back! 💗

  I had the BEST experience at Lush on Buchanan Street, Glasgow, thanks to Craig! 🩷 I went in looking for a specific lip stain, and Craig went above and beyond, spending ages helping me track down exactly what I was looking for. While browsing the glitter eyeshadows, we discovered our mutual love of all things glitter🌈 ✨😂. But the absolute highlight was when I was paying and Craig came over with some complimentary Fairy Dust powder and a body cream because of how much I love glitter! 🥹✨ This was such a thoughtful, lovely gesture and completely made my day. What Craig didn't know was that it was actually my birthday, so his kindness made the experience even more special! 🎂💖 It's so refreshing to meet someone who genuinely loves what they do, takes the time to connect with customers and goes that extra mile just to make someone smile. Craig didn't just help me find what I wanted; he turned a shopping trip into a genuinely memorable experience. **Craig, you absolute STAR! ⭐️** Thank you for being so lovely, for embracing the glitter obsession and for adding an extra sprinkle of fairy dust to my birthday! 🧚‍♀️✨ Lush, you have a real gem working for you! 10/10 customer service, 10/10 human, and obviously 100/10 for glitter appreciation! 😂💖✨

  This review is long overdue. I brought my daughter here while on a pre birthday adventure in August. Long story short, we were treated to a very unexpected and wonderful surprise. Ross and Abbie were both so friendly and welcoming and spent lots of time helping us. Ross listened very closely to what my girl explained she liked about bathbombs and he presented her with two different examples that did what she likeds in two different ways. After she had explored them fully Ross then shared a bathbomb making experience with us both which was just so unexpected, so much fun and the perfect way to spend our time in Lush between our planned activities. What a birthday bonus and what a great ambassador for the Lush company! Thank you, you made our day! 💖

  Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff we wanted a bathbomb and we could swear the staff member expertly navigated 1/2 the available stock to find something we liked and this is very much true of all the areas of the shop and if they don’t know they find someone who does. The music is so often on point too that we sometimes go without headphones. bonus that they’ve combined Dear green coffee and pastries from the dorky french to create a coffee experience open and enjoyable to all combining two amazing places a little too far from town for some into one of the best caffès in the city Whilst it isn’t their main thing the person manning the coffee stand was ever so knowledgeable. The scottish coffee guides should very much make this a part of their book as it’s unexpectedly good

  A really great 'spoil yourself' moment at Lush Spa. I'd booked this so far in advance that it was almost like receiving a surprise gift. As usual, the moment you enter any Lush store you are warmly greeted by the staff, and genuinely, too. We were taken up to the Spa area and I'm kind of annoyed I put my phone away as every angle was BEAUTIFUL, and this is the only photo I took. The lovely person on reception signed us in and made us feel immediately welcome, before Jenny and Hatti came to meet us and give us some water and explain the treatments we'd booked. Thank god because I booked it so long ago it might as well have been a dentist appointment for all I knew. Jenny and Hatti took time to walk us through the session, explain the treatments and products they'd be using, and asking us what area/s they'd like us to focus on. Fast forward 30 minutes later and all done! I don't want to spoil it for anyone who has booked, but it's honestly a really lovely experience and you won't regret it. You're really well taken care of, and it's one of the best things you can do for yourself. Thank you, Jenny. Thank you, Hatti. James and Ben 🤍
