I have always had a great experience in this shop, until today.
After making a purchase using a 10% Lush Club reward, I noticed that no points had been added to my account. When I returned to the store to ask about this, I was told that customers do not earn points on transactions where a reward is redeemed.
I questioned this, as I could not find this in the terms and conditions, and the staff member was unable to point me to the relevant wording. I left feeling confused and frustrated.
After that, I contacted Lush Customer Care vis email, who confirmed that the information I was given at the shop was incorrect. Customers should still receive points based on the amount paid after the discount is applied.
My disappointment is not with Lush Customer Care, but with the fact that incorrect information was given in store and that staff did not appear to have a clear understanding of how the loyalty programme works.
I hope this information helps other shoppers who may get wrong advice in the shop.
I have always found the team friendly and helpful, which is why this experience stood out. I hope additional training can be provided so that customers receive accurate information about the Lush Club rewards programme in future.

So, a MUST GO HERE...this place is where you want to go to feel refreshed, relaxed, and totally pampered! The Taylor Made massage and Revising Facial with Janet was AMAZING! Janet was wonderful showimg me product options for my service. She was able to get my shoulder knots out and made my face look glowy! Jet lag gone! After spa treatments, I went to the Shampoo Bar...Nikki was awesome at educatimg me on hair products. She also gave me the best shampoo and scalp massage ever...they even used steam! Very unique experience. Lesley was my final stop to end the pampering with a blowout. She was super nice and made my hair look shiny and magazine cover worthy. I highly recommend LushSpa!!!
Got the good hour massage at the lush spa done by Janet today, the entire service was quite literally so lush! Janet was great at listening and addressing all my concerns in the treatment. Got out of it feeling like a brand new person, so revitalised xxx

Was given The Good Hour as a gift and used my voucher this week. WOW!! This was truly an amazing experience. It's certainly not just a Good Hour... more like almost 2 hours of pure bliss once you take the prep and after treatment tea and chill into account. Janet was fantastic, the spa itself is beautiful, the room and music was unforgettable (and also fab!). Planning to go back at the first opportunity. It's a lovely treat. Can't believe this spa is sitting in the middle of Buchanan St. Prefer this to a hotel spa any day.

My first experience at Lush Spa in Glasgow was amazing! We were greeted by our knowledgeable therapists Jenny and Janet who firstly talked us through the treatment and the products that were to be used. We were then taken through to the atmospheric and immersive treatment room. The Comforter treatment consisted of a full body hot chocolate scrub followed by a rose serum massage to the back of the body, all whilst tucked up in a cosy duvet. Janet had lovely flowing techniques which made it feel like your whole body was being enveloped in continuous strokes. This was my husband’s first ever massage and felt that Jenny allowed him to feel comfortable and relaxed. He can’t wait for his next massage now. Thank you so much!
