I really wish I’d caught her name because she deserves all the recognition for the incredible service she gave me. I came in looking for one of the massage bars I’d seen all over TikTok, and she immediately approached me to help. She took the time to explain the different options, including the ingredients, benefits, and which one might suit me best. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the products, which made the whole experience enjoyable. I was wearing an NHS uniform because I was on my way to start a night shift at the hospital. To my complete surprise, she kindly gifted me the massage bar she’d helped me choose. It was such an unexpected act of kindness, and it genuinely made my day. I went into my shift with the biggest smile on my face and I’m still so grateful for her generosity. She was an absolute credit to the store, warm, approachable, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. I really hope she sees this because she truly is a star, and she made a lasting impression on me. Thank you so much!
