We were welcomed and looked after so well by two young men who were fantastic representatives of the store. David entertained the little one at a sink full of bubbles, letting her sample to current Paddington range - much to her utter delight! While Greyson helped me choose the ideal product I was looking for with great knowledge and experience of the items. I never once felt pressured to buy and appreciated his honesty when making recommendations. Greyson then gave me a lovely hand and arm Massage which I thoroughly enjoyed while the little one played with David. As a tired mum who had come straight from Work, it was a real treat just to have this moment of calm and self care. My daughter was gifted a Paddington bath bomb which she treasures and won’t put in the bath because she likes to recall instead how the nice man gave her the gift. I can’t thank both Greyson and David enough. My shopping experience far exceeded any expectations I had and I will always make a point now in popping in to lush at the fort to say hello.
