  Gorgeous team, so friendly and helpful! We hired the Pillow Talk room and were greeted so warmly, made to feel so beautiful and left incredibly satisfied with the service. Myself and the girlies were getting wedding ready and the whole experience was lovely start to finish. Big recommend!

  I had my makeup done by Natalie at the Glasgow store and absolutely loved it! They were very accommodating when I was a bit early giving me a lush glass of Prosecco which really added to the experience. Natalie was great at doing my makeup, asking what I wanted but also getting it spot on when I left it up to her! I loved the look I left with and was really happy with the products I bought. Can’t wait to come back, thanks again 😍❤️

  I’ve had my makeup done here several times and have always been happy with the experience, but unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. The MUA seemed very rushed and did not take the time to properly assess or prep my skin. No corrector was used under my eyes, despite the dark circles, and the lip liner and eyebrows were noticeably uneven and poorly done. The biggest issue was the foundation shade, which was significantly darker than my actual skin tone and did not match me at all. Overall, the makeup felt rushed and lacked the attention to detail I would normally expect. I’m very disappointed with this experience and, unfortunately, I will not be returning.

  Louise was very attentive, she listened and applied my makeup to suit my requirements. I was so happy with the finished result, thank you Louise. However, somehow I received the wrong products I asked for. I was attending a close friend’s wedding, I was very pushed for time. I noticed the error when I arrived at my rented apartment. I then had to run across Glasgow city centre to the store for them to rectify the situation. Connor was very helpful when I arrived out of breath, however, the lady who Connor consulted with was not very helpful or kind regarding the issue. I explained I was in such a hurry as I still needed to get ready, I was asked for a receipt, in the rush I did not lift the receipt. I was asked to show the amount I paid, after struggling for sometime to get an internet connection, I asked do you get a reception here, she said no! After watching me struggle! The lady then brought up my transaction on the computer, surely, this could have been done in the first instance? Then, I was told I had to pay £2.50 more. So, the mistake was not mine, I had to leave my preparations for a wedding, run across the city to get the products I had actually asked for, to then be charged extra! After all the wonderful work from Louise and Connor, my friend and I left very disappointed. Not the best service in the end.

  I had the 1 hour make up experience with Ruby at the Glasgow Buchanan Street branch. Ruby was fantastic she was so helpful and took time to ensure I was happy with everything. So knowledgeable about all the products. She even helped my mum colour match some products once I was finished. So pleased with all the products I bought and Ruby was a wee gem!!!
