Our shop is located on the upper floor of the shopping centre, access is via lift or stairs.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has an open layout and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.

Not only is Lush my favourite shop, the metrocentre Lush is now my favourite actual shop, the Lady was amazing who helped us she was very thorough but not pushy at all, she was the kindest lady too, gave us a few samples of things when we were indecisive, and a few recommendations, she also told us about the app and being a club member, as well as making sure we bring back the pots to get money off. She went above and beyond her role today as my two girls wanted to visit later- they were elsewhere before when we visited, and when they got to the till buying a rasberry bubble bar, she then recommended more rasberry shower gel and a mini bubble bar which I loved! (Dark hair tied up, cloth hair band around head, tattoo's, lovely face and manor). Thank you so much for a lovely day and fab' treats Lush!

The staff in this store is AWESOME! They advised me on products for my frizzy hair with deep knowledge and interest. Also, staff helped me purchase a gift for a friend and took time to talk through the various options. Moreover, My 9 year old son was overly impressed by the staff and their kindness & politeness with customers. I will always remain the returning customer because of the staff in this store that make shopping a pleasant experience.

I Brought a group of Young Carers in a few weeks ago and wow the way they were treated was amazing, Lauren is truly a fantastic person and her team, we had a party booked in and the children had so much fun making bubble baths and just having a great time, they loved the little fashion show too. honestly cant thank them enough for the generosity and just making their day so special. We will be back.
