We do have Lush Spas! You can check our website to find which stores have a Spa but you are able to purchase our spa treatments from any stores, including ours!

Anna here at Broughton was the best employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering at Lush- she was so lovely and sweet and also stayed with myself and my friends for around half an hour making sure we were satisfied with everything, that we were comfortable and also went above and beyond reaching for things she think we would personally like based on our personal tastes and preferences. Absolute superstar and made us feel like vip customers haha! It’s people like this that make shopping a great experience. She knows absolute ball

Nat served us today in the Broughton lush shop. Her service was incredible. My daughter spends her christmas and birthday money in Lush every year and in between spends any pocket money there too but todays experience was by far the best one yet. Nat made my daughter feel welcome in the shop, she demomstrated some products she was interested in and then let us know about an option to make your own bath bomb in store which Nat guided my daughter through. I cannot praise her enough she really made our Mother - daughter day special and made my daughter feel really special. I asked how I could rave about her service and was given this link. All staff were lovely and this will definitely be a new favourite place to visit.

We heard about their “make a bathbomb” in the holidays and took daughter. There was 2 options £10 & £15 , both came with additional bathbombs and to make your own. Nat helped us and made it fun. The team in Broughton are fantastic and so helpful, we have been a few times to make bath bombs

Absolutely perfect!! All staff were so friendly and ever so helpful! NAT served me, what a lovely lady 🥰 She applied a few differnt products to the back of my hand and explained in detail ingredients the benefits, how the product works etc. 5 star service! Very happy! I’ve been to the Lush in Broughton shopping park today and been helped by Izzy. Today I was feeling rubbish and very insecure about how I look and getting older (just turned 40). From the moment I stepped in the store, Izzy made me feel seen and special. She gave me fab advice about products and really took her time with what I needed for my skin. She was so kind ! And I’ve left with 2 lovely products. If you could bottle what Izzy has and sell it too I’d deffo buy it. The staff are always lovely and helpful in the Broughton store and I’ve never had a bad experience but today was extra great. Thank you.
