    We had our 8 year olds birthday party in Lush this weekend. The booking system was so easy, and the staff were so helpful when we needed to make additions and changes to our booking. The party experience was fantastic - all girls loved it, there was something for everyone, and they all felt included. It felt expensive when I was booking it, but honestly felt money well spent at the end - both value and service were 100% fantastic. Thank you to Liz who was our party organiser, and the rest of the team for being wonderful. Highly recommended.

    Went into lush today, Freya greeted us as soon as we came in and was really helpful. Showed us around all the products, clearly knows a lot about them and was super friendly. Also gave me a free scalp massage. Amazing customer service!!!
