  I had the best experience with Abbie at Charlotte Tilbury! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. Her attention to detail is amazing, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. My makeup turned out absolutely flawless!! I felt so confident and received so many compliments during getting my makeup done and afterwards! Abbie is not only incredibly talented but also such a lovely, friendly person which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and couldn’t recommend her enough 💄✨

  I had a free facial to redeem as I bought a substantial amount of products previously at the lakeside store. Bearing in mind this facial was worth £35 and was advertised as a 30 minute facial - I wasn’t overly impressed. The facial lasted for less than 10 minutes and the lady apologised that she was ‘speedy’. She didn’t seem like she really wanted to give me a facial. Just a bit disappointed to be honest. If I’d have paid for this I’d be gutted.

  Sarah was the MUA that did my makeover. As a mature woman I wanted something that made me look polished, finished, without looking painted. Sarah explained everything, and showed me how to apply the products - I had a lovely time, and felt very pretty when I left. Many thanks, Sarah!
