  We love a bit of lush but the staff always make it a lovely visit. Literally every lush I've been in, the staff are so welcoming.

  Jasper was absolutely wonderful today! My son was doing a photo colour challenge so we walked into Lush and Jasper immediately offered to help and found him a bathbomb which turned in to the funnest spontaneous potion making session. He hasn’t stopped talking about it! Jasper then went on to explore what we were looking for individually in each of our bath bombs with no pressure sales tactics which was refreshing, especially having worked in retail before and knowing the pressures to upsell. I don’t normally write reviews but how they made my son feel really set the tone for his day which was just the best. Thankyou x

  I had the unfortunate job of buying myself a dress that day, i decided to drop into Lush as a treat to myself. A lovely lady helped me find some of the Karma range and another lady served me at the till after complimenting my tattoos. She also gifted me a shower gel which I was so grateful for. It really made my day. The team in the Colchester branch were brilliant.

  Love Lush products and decided to go for a potter this morning. The fabulous Dan was so accomodating and after expressing my disapointment in not finding the Snow Fairy summer glitter bottle showed me a perfume, "No way to say goodbye" which is an amazing smell, which I now know I can get all year round. He also helped my little girl with showing her how to use a gel shower squishy, which she throughly enjoyed. In fact he saved the day as my little girl had wanted to go to Starbucks, and was dissapointed to see it gone. He brought a smile back to her face, and offered an alternative called Patch. Which I will add a seperate review for. He knew his stuff and clearly loves working there. An asset to Lush.
