Our shop is located on a high street.
Our shop has step free access.
Our shop has an open layout and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer accesible toilet.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Her happy, positive attitude is so refreshing in retail nowadays! She engaged brilliantly with our children, making them feel comfortable, included and entertained. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and genuinely seemed to love what she does. It’s lovely to meet someone who goes above and beyond to make an experience special, particularly for the children. All together, a lovely team in Lush on Saturday 10th but big props to Jasper for making it such a lovely visit
