We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a high street.
Our entrance is step-free
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is wheelchair accessible, however, there is limited turning space in some areas.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps

Both ladies were absolutely brilliant with the girls, calm and patient and all the girls had a wonderful time. The party was well organised, ran smoothly and everyone had lots of fun. The gift bags were better than expected. A fantastic party had by all.

Do you do children's parties?
Yes we absolutely do! We run parties in store for any occasion. These party's include product making, fun Lush games, a nice Lush pamper and exclusive products to take home! Get in touch with us or come into the store for more information.
What kind of parties do you do?
We have two types of parties. Fun & Games is a high energy, exciting, hands on experience; while Beauty School is a more relaxing, pampering, skincare centred experience. Each party runs for 90 minutes and can be tailored to absolutely anyone. We've done birthdays, hen do's, baby showers, sports team celebrations, corporate parties. You name it!
Do you give out free samples?
Yes we do! We offer free samples so you can try products in the comfort of your own home before buying them. We usually offer them following a consultation with a trained member of staff, so feel free to come in for any cosmetic needs.
Do you recycle your black pots?
Yes we do, and we strongly encourage it! You can return any clean Lush plastic (black pots, body spray/toner spritzers, clear plastic bottles) and get money towards your shop. Alternatively, you can exchange 5 items for a free fresh face mask.
Once you've returned your empties they get sent to our recycling facility in Poole to be given a new life.
Do you give out prizes for raffles/fundraisers?
No we don't offer raffle prizes. Lush's charitable donations policy states that we can donate excess products to charities/organisations where donations go directly to clients of local social impact organisations. These guidelines are to ensure that our excess products are being used by people who cannot otherwise access or afford self-care or hygiene products. Is your shop accessible?
We have step free access and space for a wheelchair user to browse and pay at our adapted low level till point. We have seats available for customers who need a chair. The nearest accessible car park is Q-park which is 0.2 miles away roughly a 3-9 minute walk with public benches along the route. We do not have a public toilet however the 'Meadows' Shopping centre opposite has a radar key toilet available.
Do you allow dogs?
Absolutely, we're dog-friendly! Feel free to bring your furry friends in with you - as long as you they don't mind the attention from our staff!
