  First visit, gifted to me by ex-colleagues. Had the Fresh Facial and the Tangled Hair scalp and face massage. The spa is attached to the shop, where the assistant offered me a choice of a free product to take home as part of the package. I was looked after by Jo, who did a consultation, talked me through the treatments and products she would be using. She was amazing, its way more than a face and scalp massage, she works on your whole upper body at a pressure you're comfortable with - scalp, face, neck, shoulders, chest & arms! Highly relaxing and skin felt and looked glowing.

  What a lovely afternoon, my daughter and I had a Good Hour massage together. We were welcomed warmly and treated to a lovely arm massage while we waited. We loved the room decor and all the atmospheric touches (no spoilers). The massages were spot on just what we needed. It was a treat for my daughters birthday. It really was a TREAT went home armed with a bag of goodies. Lovely friendly knowledgable staff. I am definitely going again, I would definitely recommend.

  Wonderful. Had the Rewilding facial today with Lauren who couldn't have been any more lovely. She explained the whole process, went through the products and then made sure I was comfortable before she started. And what a facial it was. Allowed me to completely switch off and absorb the whole process. I didn't want it to end! After it was done, I have a refreshing prebiotic sparkling raspberry drink. Fantastic experience and I'm going to recommend it to everyone. Thank you Lush and Lauren 🥰

  Karen was the best!! I got the Synaesthesia treatment and she explained everything to me in great detail, answering all my questions and sharing how its so important to let my intuition choose my words and how I wanted to feel during & after my treatment. She was amazing with how she sign posted and explained each step. Saffron was so sweet and kind, helped me see all the new releases and shared such amazing facts about the products and lush. They also shared some great recommendations for local places to eat and drink at that were amazing.

  We had a wonderful experience at Lush Spa Poole. What impressed us most was not simply the products, but the strong philosophy, intuition and core values behind the Lush brand, particularly its commitment to ethical sourcing, fighting animal testing, handmade products, environmental responsibility and treating people fairly… My daughter has chosen Lush as the business/entrepreneurial model for her Business Studies project, so our visit was intentional and in fairness was a fantastic opportunity for her to understand how a successful business can build its identity around clear ethical values while still remaining innovative and commercially successful. A very special thank you to Fraser, who went above and beyond to welcome and host us. He spent considerable time explaining the story of Lush, its values, products and the thinking behind the business. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and genuinely enthusiastic, and made my daughter feel very comfortable asking questions for her project and even gave us his email in case she has further questions… It was a great example of how excellent customer service can bring a company’s core values to life. Thank you, Fraser and the whole Lush Poole team, for such a memorable and educational experience. Highly recommended!
