We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a busy high street
There is one small step at the entrance; a portable ramp is available on request.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
Yes, our store is wheelchair accessible however, there may be limited turning space around the store due to the shop floor being a little smaller than others.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Our Lush Spa is located on the first floor and is accessed via one step at the entrance. We have a portable ramp that is availble on request to assist with accessibility. We have a large double room that can be used by anyone with accessibilty needs/wheelchair users that will provide the customer with more space.
We’ll always do our best to support you — if accessibility could be a challenge, please call ahead so we can talk through options and make your visit as comfortable as possible.

- BBBailieJun 6, 20265.0Came in today and was helped by a lovely person called Sandra! They helped explain the difference with the massage bars and the scrubbee bar. They gave me a couple of testers for different moisturisers as well which was really handy as I hate buying a full size product and then it not being suitable. I also got chosen a gift as a pay it forward which was so lovely and made my day, thank you so much! The person on the till was also lovely and so chatty but didn’t catch their name but thank you both for a great experience 😊

I'm still convinced a bit of magic must be involved, I'm feeling brand new! 😆✨ I appreciated the consultation as it was a new experience for me and I was a bit nervous but from stepping through the shop I felt comfortable and welcomed. - ASAshton SyphasMay 28, 20265.0Treated myself to two days of Lush Spa Treatments and wow, they were all incredible! I had booked the treatments out of order and i was advised to rearrange them for a better experience which I am glad I did! I booked The Comforter? and The Spell for my first day. The comforter treatment was wonderful with a lovely full body scrub by Libby, that combined chocolate and rose scents and left me feeling smooth and refreshed. The Spell was also gorgeous with Karen as my massage therapist, reflexology inspired massage and a selection of products to renew my feet which I often neglect. On my second day, Karen was my therapist throughout and was super welcoming and friendly. I had The Good Hour as my first treatment which was perfect at targeting the tension areas in my body and used pressure pointing techniques to really ease tension and help me relax. Secondly, I had The Sound Bath which was an incredible immersive treatment that allowed me to fully reset and retune with my body, it left me feeling like I floated out the door. I cannot reccomend this Lush Spa enough, everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and I enjoyed every second. I can't wait to book a Karma Treatment and return soon!
