It was a lovely, collaborative experience. Wonderful product suggestions too. Credit to the full team for creating such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. A salon, on a Saturday, feeling chill? Magic!

From the wash through to the cut and finish, the whole experience was spot on. Zac really takes his time, pays attention to the details and clearly cares about getting it right rather than just getting you in and out of the chair. What I particularly appreciated was the advice he gave me on styling and looking after my hair afterwards, really useful tips rather than just trying to sell you products. Great cut, great service and a genuinely lovely guy who’s extremely good at what he does. If you’re looking for someone in Poole, definitely ask for Zac. I’ll certainly be back. Thanks man 👌

Vanessa was exceptional to the point I felt like I could have an unscheduled haircut. Vanessa made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped into the Lab; she made the whole experience so stress-free, informative, friendly and - for the first time in my life - enjoyable. I have this evening actually considered momentarily if I really should travel 5 hours (each way) to have my haircut here! Thank you so much Vanessa!
