  Lovely all round experience. Can’t stop smelling my hair. Sarah who washed , cut and styled my hair was amazing. All staff there are so friendly and helpful. Wonderful receptionist and well worth the money. Highly recommended

  Today, I experienced a botanical hair wash. My stylist, Vanessa, was exceptionally professional and engaging. She thoroughly discussed my hair type and product suitability, subsequently selecting the most appropriate items. I was then escorted to a dedicated area featuring a wash basin, weighted blankets, and calming music, which provided a truly relaxing experience. Vanessa's service throughout was exemplary. We engaged in a pleasant conversation about her family in Spain, and I found her to be warm, professional, friendly, and highly skilled in head massage techniques. I wholeheartedly recommend both her and the service provided. Her representation of your brand was outstanding. (She needs to be recognised for her work) I also met another lovely member of staff Kiki, who was hair braiding, again polite professional and excellent at her craft, as i onky chose the hair wash, which was £30. I was then offered all the styling products and tools I needed to stay and blow dry or style my own hair, which again I think was BRILLIANT, you could pay extra for a member of staff to do it, I didnt need thw extra service today. I was offered hot/cold drinks during my visit, also before I had my treatment Vanessa showed my how to make a camomile hair treatment, all in all it was a wonderful, relaxing and engaging experience. I never treat myself, but after visit hair lab today, im going to try and make it a regular thing every couple of months, x well done lush on this fab little place and excellent recruitment of all the staff there, especially Vanessa and Kiki xxx

  An incredible experience. Me and my mom visited, both having different hair types, hers thicker and shorter, mine thinner and damaged at the ends from bleach and color. Thank you so much to Storm and Bella, their expertise and kindness are beyond words, it was truly an amazing experience having them look at what our hair needed and be left with more than we could’ve ever imagined. I have never felt my hair be so soft and nourished without feeling heavy, and my mom absolutely loved how the products recommended brought her wolf cut to life. The whole service is so incredibly customized, relaxing and is a perfect way to treat yourself and your hair! If anyone’s debating to go experience this or not, it’s definitely a must!

  I had a curly cut with Sarah and she was incredible. She had so much knowledge on different products, she talked me through everything and what would work with my hair. I had such a relaxing experience, she made me feel very comfortable and my hair has never looked better! I highly recommend!!

  What an amazing experience at Lush HairLab in Poole. Top rated from start to finish. Kizi gave me a consultation and discussed the products most suited to wash , mosturise and style my hair. We then created the botanical wash including lavender and chamomile that infused a beautiful aroma around me whilst I had what can best be described as a luxury spa treatment...a weighted blanket, the sound of birds and running water, a beautiful, slow, hair wash, Kizi's skillful head massage and the botanical mix was incredibly relaxing. Then a drink, a top notch blow dry, and I left perfectly styled and rejuvenated. This is a perfect gift experience or just indulge and treat yourself.
