Our store is on one flat level and brightly lit. The inside of the store has wooden units lining each side of the wall and there are waist height product display units running through the centre of the store with wide, clutter-free pathways on either side. The till is easily accessible from all areas of the store and is located at the back of the shop.
We operate our quiet hours every morning 10-12 (10:30-12 on Sundays), where we turn the music down or off to accommodate a welcoming experience for all.

- CSCarla Shailes5 days ago3.04 stars as it irritates me when staff are in your face as soon as you step in a Lush store but the second you make your purchase the sales person completely ignores you. A simple "goodbye" is nice, you feel a fool saying bye & someone just turns their back on you!

Alex shared so much product knowledge with us as well. I got the family face time mask and eau roma toner because the facial really did renew my skin .

- JJJaelynJun 7, 20265.0I visited the shop for the first time today quite indecisive on what to buy and what product would work for my skin and was greeted by lovely polite welcoming staff, me and my girlfriend and was served by the kindest lady Lottie she who sat with us both for about 45 minutes helping us she applied the products to our skins she was very knowledgeable about all the skin care treatments she knew everything in depth she had a smile on her face the whole time and made the experience very memorable, we are both very happy customers and got exactly what we needed I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again😊😊

There were 6 very excited, slightly chaotic 7-year-olds, but Evie was absolutely amazing with them. She was so patient, explained everything really well, kept the girls engaged, and made sure everyone felt included and looked after. The girls had such a great afternoon and all left happy (and very excited about what they’d made!). A huge thank you to Evie for making the experience so special — she was fantastic and a real credit to Lush. We’d definitely recommend Lush for a children’s birthday party!
