We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a busy high street.
Our entrance is step-free
Our space is semi-open but can get busy at peak times - our team is always happy to help with navigation and can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our Lush Spa is located on the basement floor and is accessed via internal stairs only with two turns.
We’ll always do our best to support you — if accessibility could be a challenge, please call ahead so we can talk through options and make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for a closer look or to try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible
There are no customer accessible toilets in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Miguel and Alix gave us the treatments hair and fresh facial and they were very professional, they gave us very good attention and showed that they knew well what they were doing. I got a beautiful arm massage from Darragh Moss as a treat. He was so attentive and knew immediately the right products for me. It was amazing to see the beautiful interaction between Darragh and his colleagues. I felt like part of the team with the heart felt interactions. I can't remember everyone's name (which I'm sorry about) but you were all amazing! Thank You!

- KSKate SealeySep 20, 20265.0From the moment we arrived in the shop, we were greeted warmly by staff, who all seemed genuinely happy to help and give advice. When we said we were booked in at the spa we were greeted by Miguel who took us downstairs, which felt like entering a different, calm and peaceful world. Nicola told us all about the treatment we were about to have, telling us about the products we would be using. Then the treatment - a fresh facial. To say it was relaxing would be an understatement, it was genuinely blissful! The bed was comfortable, the ambience was calming, the music was soothing, and Nicola was a master at her craft! I walked out feeling like I was floating. Nicola and Miguel then took the time to tell us about other treatments, and show us the bath in one of the rooms. There was no rush or hurry, and we felt really welcome to be there. Can't thank everyone enough, a fabulous experience all round, and I will definitely be back.
