We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a busy high street.
Our entrance is step-free
Our space is semi-open but can get busy at peak times - our team is always happy to help with navigation and can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our Lush Spa is located on the basement floor and is accessed via internal stairs only with two turns.
We’ll always do our best to support you — if accessibility could be a challenge, please call ahead so we can talk through options and make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for a closer look or to try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible
There are no customer accessible toilets in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

My first time in Edinburgh and she was extremely welcoming, educational and just a generally sweet person. I learnt a lot in the little time I was there. Huge kudos to you Val, it really made my experience that much more positive - all the best!

Glow sat me down and created a personalised hair routine for my curly hair, i was able to take away samples too before committing! i was even given a tour of the spa downstairs. i really look forward to coming back! thank you lush and Glow for a wonderful visit
- LHLeila HajekJun 8, 20265.0The staff here are sooo sweet! There’s a level to which you’d expect that from a Lush lol but they were so kind and helpful. I’m sad I didn’t get their names but I went in at around 4:30PM on June 8th so hopefully one of their managers is reading this. In particular one of the staff with cool tattoos helped me find a body spray through me describing the scent alone, somehow managed to get it right first try, and even was kind enough to give me a sample of the cleanser version. I will be back!!

Rebecca was my massage therapist, she took such care of everything, made me feel very comfortable and safe. She took me on quite an incredible journey with the lights, the smells, the music, her magic touch and her kind energy. Thank you again for this unique experience and for allowing me to properly relax 🌸🌻🌼🏵🌹
