  Was 15 minutes late getting taken and my appointment was rushed lasting only 30 of the 60 minutes booked (trying to make up time?) The make up did not look like it was professionally done and not much different to me doing it myself. I think I was unlucky with the "artist" I got as the girl next to me was so thorough with her client and she looked lovely. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back.

  Such a contrast from when I’ve been previously. I booked because I’ve always had a good experience but this time the woman who helped me couldn’t have been more disinterested. Booked in for a summer glow up service and was on time but told I was early. Was supposed to be a 30 minute appointment but I was there at most 20. She rushed through products not really explaining what they were for or how to apply them. Gave me the wrong colour foundation and concealer. Foundation too tantastic and concealer was yellow. Couldn’t wash it off fast enough after leaving. Shade she gave me when I checked back at home was 2 shades darker than the one I use. The only correct products I got were ones I replaced from previous visits. She wasn’t rude - just not engaged nor interested and seemed put out even though I was the only customer there on a Friday afternoon.

  Slightly disappointed with the experience. Travelled over 100 miles. Did not receive what I asked for.

  Friendly atmosphere and Aislinn was very professional and friendly. Got lots of compliments on my makeup
