  Merry Hill Lush >> I dropped a bath bomb due to the bag ripping and was absolutely mortified. When offering to pay for the remainder of what had poofed rainbow dust on the ground, the lovely team member Sahil insisted it was fine and proceeded to use what was left to provide a demo so it didn’t go to waste!! Both him and his colleague were very kind and understanding. Ended up buying more than I came in for due to his kindness and humour. Always a good experience at this branch <3

  I recently visited the store one for my birthday & two as a pick me up , as a tradition , I was overwhelmed & unsure with so much choice , then Georgia helped me , she was knowledgeable, happy to help , but most of all patient, kind & compassionate. She showed me empathy and went absolutely above & beyond I’m sure more than expected. It wasn’t just a sale to her , she had genuine time interest and care. She helped me pick some lovely products & made the day a lot lighter , that’s something i won’t ever forget & I hope you get the recognition you deserve for being an absolute asset to the company . Truly remarkable woman x

  I wanted to leave a review for the Merry Hill branch, particularly to say how wonderful Tegan was. I explained that I was experiencing quite a lot of back pain and asked if she could recommend any Lush products that might help. Tegan was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and encouraging. She showed me the three bath bombs containing Epsom salts and took the time to explain the differences between them. She explained that Magic contains CBD oil and may be suited to active pain, but also suggested the massage bar as a longer-lasting option that I would get more use out of. She showed me how to use it and explained why it could be beneficial. I decided to buy the massage bar, and Tegan very kindly treated me to the Magic bath bomb as well. I thought this was such a kind and genuinely empathetic gesture, and it really meant a lot to me. Tegan absolutely went above and beyond. She clearly knew her products inside and out, but what stood out most was how approachable, caring and easy to talk to she was. I never felt rushed or like I was simply being sold something — she genuinely listened to what I needed and made helpful recommendations. Thank you, Tegan, for such a lovely experience. You are a real credit to Lush and a wonderful example of what great customer service should feel like. 💚
