  Natalie was absolutely lovely and so welcoming! She took the time to really listen to me and helped me find products that were suitable for my eczema prone skin, which I really appreciated. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout. Thank you so much, Natalie! 🤍

  Love the products especially the solid perfumes. Was interested in layering perfumes and already brought some from London. Met Kallen at the merry hill store and went through all the different solid perfumes and different sprays that lush has got to offer. Got the karma perfume and the karma solid perfume. I found kallen so open, knowledgeable and patient. The people working at the lush store from Birmingham, Glasgow and merry hill (shout out to Frankie, Iqra, cat, Janet, Jordan, Anne, ibrahim, Angela) are amazing and makes the whole shopping experience that enjoyable and also get the products that I need. Would love it if Birmingham had all the products that is on offer in Glasgow especially as I like to use the spa and expect all the products to be available in Birmingham but to find out that it is limited with their stock. To have amazing and knowledgeable staff to be let down by not having all the products on hand makes it difficult for them to sell things that I have found on line but not in store e.g shield, calm down hair products. This is the only thing I would say let the stores in merry hill and Birmingham store down. Overall whatever training you are giving to your staff carry on as they are a credit to your company. I wish all other shops would follow your example on customer service because it is 10/10.

  I recently visited the Lush store in Merry Hill and had a fantastic experience. I was assisted by Taalia, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand what I was looking for before giving me tailored recommendations. Her advice felt genuine and personalised, making it much easier to choose the right products for my needs. What I appreciated most was that there were absolutely no pressurised sales tactics. I was able to browse at my own pace while knowing expert advice was available whenever I needed it. Talia’s friendly, professional approach made the whole shopping experience enjoyable, and I left feeling confident in my purchases. Excellent customer service—I would definitely recommend visiting this store.

  After having an awful stressful day, I decided to treat myself to some shower goodies. A particular member of staff called Matilda went out of her way to help me. She knew I was stressed as I’d briefly mentioned it- she really went out of her way to make my experience calming and put a smile on my face. Little does she know, her kindness made a huge impact on a horrible day. Thank you! Keep being kind. X
