I thought i knew what I was coming in for but I was just so conflicted between so many of the products 😅 staff member Kallen was such a ray of sunshine he literally helped me make the right decisions and he understood what I was going for. He literally is a delight had so much fun with him and he made my day!! So a massive thankyou to you for being so patient and kind! =)
- ASali staffordMay 13, 20265.0I went to Lush today to find some natural skin care products to help with my acne. When I walked into the store Abby was very approachable and friendly. She was very attentive and knowledgeable when I explained how much I’ve been struggling with my dry skin and acne and she allowed me to sample each product on my hands so I could feel the texture of the products on my skin before buying anything. This is the best customer service I have ever received as the the products recommended to me were very personalised to my skin type and Abby talked me through how to use each product and what order to use them in and even wrote down instructions on how to use everything so I have a guide to follow. When I chose the products I wanted to buy Abby gave me some samples to take home with me too which I’m really grateful for! I really enjoyed the experience and felt very comfortable and understood. Thank you for your time and effort Abby I really appreciate it! ❤️

Do you do free samples?
We offer free samples to customers wishing to try products before they buy- feel free to grab someone on your next visit for a consultation to find products to perfectly suit your needs
Do you do student discount?
We don't currently offer a student discount however, we do have our bring it back scheme where you receive 50p off your shopping for every piece of Lush plastic you return.
Can you make your own bath bombs?
We offer many bathbomb making sessions through out the year- these tend to fall of weekends and school holidays. We advise asking when visiting our store when our next session will be
Can you use Lush when you are pregnant?
Our products are safe to use whilst pregnant- some even have beneficial ingredients to help relax the body and calm the mind.
Do you have products for eczema?
We have a large selection of gentle, calming products to help soothe nourish the skin- Dream cream being a very popular choice!
Are you hiring?
If you want to work at our store- we suggest keeping your eyes peeled on our shop window for advertisements and keeping up to date with the Lush careers page
Do you collect bottle tops?
At this point we no longer collect milk bottle tops and other non-Lush plastics as these are now widely recycled in local council catchment areas. However, If you collect Lush plastics, you will be rewarded with 50p off your purchase for every piece of plastic you return.
Do you have a mens range?
All of our products are suitable for all skin types. We also carry glitter free products and milder scented products in every range if this is what you are looking for.
How do you get a discount?
If you are looking to get a discount on your shopping why not use our 'Bring it back' scheme. For every piece of Lush plastic you return, we deduct 50p from your shopping total
How do you get a free facemask?
If you are looking to claim a free face mask, we offer a bring it back scheme where you can exchange 5 empty plastic, lush branded containers for one of our fresh, handmade facemasks
Do you do childrens parties?
We do offer Lush parties. All parties are 1hour 30 minutes at £25 per person.
Party includes: Hands on product making followed by high energy 'Fun & Games' or 'Treat Yourself' pampering facials
What do you get to take home? Each party guest will take home the product that they have made and 1 party exclusive product. The 'Party Animal' will receive 3 party exclusive products in a Lush knot wrap.
When can my party take place? Mon-Friday between 10:00 - 19:00/ Saturday between 10:00-12:00 and 17:00 - 19:00 / Sunday between 09- 12:00 and 15:00 - 17:00 and 17:00-18:30
To book: We require a minimum of 4 weeks in advance to book parties. To make a booking all you need to do is visit us in-store, select a date, pick your kit and party exclusive products-we will even give you some free invitations to use!. Your date is secured once a deposit is made at the value of £5 per attendee.
Do you sell gift cards
We do indeed sell gift cards and can top them up to any value starting from £5
