Our shop is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
Our entrance is step-free
Our shop has a spacious open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

I had a lot of questions, but Ava broke things down brilliantly for me and walked me through all kinds of different products to see what would work best for me. After seeing that I was struggling to remember the different products, they wrote down a step-by-step for me - which is absolutely amazing and so helpful! Truly above and beyond service! Now I'm all signed up on the app and have a morning and night skincare routine - I couldn't be happier.
