Absolutely lovely experience in Lush today! Lucy was brilliant from start to finish. She offered me a free facial consultation/test and took the time to talk me through the different products and help me choose the right options for me. She was friendly, knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed or pressured into buying anything.
A special mention to the rest of the team too, who were absolutely lovely with my little boy while I was having the consultation. They played games with him and kept him entertained, which made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable for both of us.
Genuinely brilliant customer service from the whole team, and Lucy was an absolute credit to the store. Will 100% be returning! 😊

We called in today to treat our daughter and met a lovely lady called Abbie. To say that she is a credit to the store and company would be an understatement. This lady is not only knowledgeable about the products but is also so passionate as well. She listened to what we were wanting and happily showed us the products she thought would be best. We were that impressed that two hours later I was back in to purchase stuff for myself. The only disappointing part of the whole experience was finding out she would be returning to a different store and this was her last shift in Doncaster.

What is your returns policy?
We have a no quibbles return policy - if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason just bring it back to the store with your receipt and we will refund you, or we can alternatively exchange your product for something better suited to your needs!
Why aren't all your products vegan?
Lush is a vegetarian company, but we’re not completely vegan. At present, around 80% of our products are suitable for vegans, but there are a few ingredients like milk, honey, lanolin and eggs, which are beneficial for the skin or hair, and which we use in some of our products. However, we always keep vegans in mind when formulating new products, and we try to ensure that there is a vegan alternative available in all of our different ranges. All our vegan products are clearly marked, so you can make an informed choice about the products you use.
How can I get some advice on Lush products?

We no longer give product donations for fundraising purposes (e.g. for a raffle prize).
