I took my little girl to the Jungle party workshop, she had a great time! Fun games, got to make her own bath bomb, and came out with a goody bag of things that she cant wait to use! Amazing value for money for only £10 too. Anthea was amazing with her, patient and kept her entertained while we did the workshop!

Fantastic experience at the Doncaster store today! Took my son in for his 9th birthday — he’s obsessed with bath bombs — and one of the lovely staff members offered to let him make his own.
She was absolutely brilliant with him: so patient, friendly and engaging. He loved every second and came away buzzing… and now apparently wants a job there! 😂
I didn’t catch her name, but she genuinely deserves recognition. A real credit to the store and the team! 👏

Lucy very kindly helped my mum out today by showing her which products she could use for her full skin care routine, catering to her sensitive skin. She took the time to show my mum which products to use in which order, on my mums face, being sure to check regularly for reactions. Amazing service and a very pleasant experience xx

Helpful staff. I wanted some face exfoliator and the staff were really knowledgeable and helped me choose the right product for my skin type. they also explained the return policy if I wasn't happy with it. appreciated their honesty , ❤️

We have a no quibbles return policy - if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason just bring it back to the store with your receipt and we will refund you, or we can alternatively exchange your product for something better suited to your needs!
Why aren't all your products vegan?
Lush is a vegetarian company, but we’re not completely vegan. At present, around 80% of our products are suitable for vegans, but there are a few ingredients like milk, honey, lanolin and eggs, which are beneficial for the skin or hair, and which we use in some of our products. However, we always keep vegans in mind when formulating new products, and we try to ensure that there is a vegan alternative available in all of our different ranges. All our vegan products are clearly marked, so you can make an informed choice about the products you use.
How can I get some advice on Lush products?
