  Great service as always. Busy shop. Got looked after by Poppy who was very nice and gave some great recommendations for my hair. I bought a couple of the products, and my hair feels amazing now, she really gave me my confidence back, she was so kind and complimentary. What a credit to the company, no ask was too much for her, I felt very pampered. Also got served by a lovely person on the till who's name I didn't manage to check but they were so kind as well a real credit too, I had a really bad day and these two gems have brightened my day beyond what I thought was possible. Thank you Lush Exeter! Will be back to do my Spooky Season shop in October!

  we had such a lovely experience thanks to poppy! she was so sociable, bubbly + welcoming from the moment we arrived, and made us feel completely at home. she gave us such helpful recommendations on the best things to try and clearly knew exactly what she was talking about. her friendly personality really made our experience feel special, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service. thank you, poppy! ♡

  I love lush products and yesterday I decided to treat myself because it has been such a sad week. I went in on my lunch break and had a look around. I was greeted kindly and offered help, I explained I was just looking for something to cheer me up! After a chat and the offer of a free hand massage I was happy to have a browse. When I got to the til with my new shower gel, I was gifted a lovely sticky dates soap and hair treatment! It really made my day. I will pay it forward. I’ve just lost my cat and it’s been really sad, such a nice kind thing to do and it really made my day. Thank you so much! I’m so sorry I didn’t catch the associates name but I will remember you!

  I popped into Exeter Lush on Saturday around 1pm with my 8yr old boy. He broke his lower leg on Wednesday, so is currently sporting a massive cast from above the knee down to his foot and travelling via wheelchair or crutches. Between his mum being really upset about his injury and the boy being hugely irritated by the itching, we needed cheering up. We went in to get him a bath bomb and one for his mum too (who deserved it more than him really). Pushing a wheelchair through high street shops on a Saturday isn’t high on anyone’s list of fun, but as soon as we got into Lush, Char swung in like a ninja, highly trained in fragrant fancies. She got him picking a bath bomb to test, and let him have free rein making a mess in the water bowl. While I went over to pay, Char kept him occupied, taking him through the lip scrub range. When I returned, he was thoroughly engrossed in the sampling, like a wine connoisseur but with brightly coloured, highly scented sugar crystals all over his face (he’s not the best aim). So a big thank you to Char, who made a brief pick-me-up trip to Lush the highlight of my son’s weekend.

  Thank-you Lush and thank-you Elaine, you are brilliant! I visited Exeter store in May 2026 after becoming overstimulated and overwhelmed by the noise and crowds in the city center (I am autistic). Exeter Lush is always a haven and I feel welcome and safe there. The store was busy, but there was room for me at the cleverly zoned consultation table. I sat for a little while and the staff kindly checked on me but gave me breathing space. I felt they understood and all had high levels of emotional intelligence. Lush is to be commended on it's staff in this respect. Once more recovered, I started to shop for my regulars. I had a lovely time chatting with Elaine who was very knowledgeable and gave good advice about some of the newer products. I really appreciated her calm vibe and how easy it was to talk to her.I enjoyed reminiscing about some of the Lush products of years gone by while also seeking out new treats. I came away restored and with gorgeous smelling products to further support my wellbeing. Favourites include Grass shower gel, Botomancy bubble bar, Big Blue Bath Bomb, Breath of Fresh Air Toner Spray, Enzymion preserved Face Moisturiser. (the last two are no longer stocked in this branch - please restock!)
