Our shop is located on a busy high street.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has wide aisles and an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.

He then helped to distract him later on when he got upset at the till. Thank you to all the staff who made my shopping trip with a tired 3 year old a lot easier! He was very happy with his frog soap and Paddington bath bomb in the end.
