Our shop is located on a busy high street.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has wide aisles and an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Helped me pick out a little treat or two for my girlfriend think we settled on an aurora bath bomb and a fresh smelling face mask. At checkout they were gracious enough to hook me up with a sleepy time bottle of shower gel and she absolutely adored it! (I think they picked better than I did) I’ve all the love in the world for the people who work here! They even let me use their sink to wash my build a bear after I spilt chocolate strawberries all over the little whole in the box! 10/10 no notes.

I was never rushed or belittled for being inexperienced with the products and it was always a joy just chatting with the staff. And for a mostly female-dominated field, I also greatly appreciate being able to speak to male staff like Tom, who made me feel a lot more comfortable picking out products that would feel right for me. He and all the staff have always been stellar and it has made me a regular customer :)

Everyone had a lovely time, including the adults who received a beautiful calming head massage included. Really good inclusive games all based around fabulous handmade products of ethical and thoughtful origin. Thoroughly recommend, the Exeter staff are brilliant, thank you 🙏🏻
