She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I sat down and was so easy to talk to. She explained the whole brow mapping process and gave me such a detailed consultation, which I really appreciated. I told her I’ve always done my own brows and have either messed them up or struggled to get them right and she completely transformed them. My brows have never looked this perfect and I’m genuinely so, so happy with them. I feel so confident!! We also chatted about skincare, and she did a pore clay mask while I was there. It stayed on until the end of my appointment, and my nose has honestly never felt so smooth! She also did my lip wax and I walked out feeling so confident and happy. Thank you so much Teleah! We were laughing and joking throughout the whole appointment and it genuinely felt like I’d made a new friend. Teleah will definitely be seeing me very regularly from now on, I couldn’t recommend her enough!

My eyebrows have never looked so good, and they usually are great, but this time they were so sharp and the shape was on point. I also tried the eye mask while I was there (upgraded service) and I can safely say it’s the best eye mask I’ve used. Thank you Tealah for an outstanding job, will definitely come back again!

Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,

WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
