We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a busy high street.
Our entrance is step-free.
🏠 Shop Layout: Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shopfloor is fully wheelchair accessible as well as the first floor of the Spa.
Located Nearby – No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in St David's shopping centre located opposite.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Our shop includes a beautiful Lush Spa, located on the first floor and second floor. The first floor is accessible via lift and the second is accessed via stairs.
We have a spacious double treatment room with a bath, on the first floor and the heights of the massage couches are adjustable. We also have an accessible toilet for Spa Clients on this level.
If you have specific accessibility requirements or would like to discuss adjustments in advance, please let us know — we’d love to make your experience as relaxing as possible.

The two workers Alice and Liz were so amazing and helpful to me and my friend, Liz helped us choose out a few bathbombs that we may like while Alice helped us with a Perfume test. (Forgot what it was called, we were just chatting the entire time having fun) I ended up leaving with a few things that I absolutely LOVE thanks to them, and low-key me and my friend were on the same wavelengths as Alice, she's iconic. Will deffo shop here again

I had a validation facial with the amazing therapist Solbi, I was immediately welcomed and made to feel at home within the spa. This is the most interactive and tailored spa experience I have ever had. Each step was thoroughly explained and appropriate products were selected for my skin type, which I was able to select alongside Solbi to further the tailored experience. My skin has never felt so calm and looked after, will definitely book another validation facial! <3

Can I bring back my Lush packaging?
We'll happily receive all clean packaging. We'll even thank you for being so green! 5 black pots can be exchanged for a free fresh face mask. We've also just launched another Bring It Back scheme which includes body spray bottles and our clear plastic bottles too! For each item returned you can claim 50p of your shop with us.
What's the minimum age for spa treatments?
We have 2 treatments available for people over 12, they'll just need a parent or guardian in the room, we can make this booking a double treatment. For 16 and 17 year olds we have more than 10 treatments available, a parent or guardian must provide consent.
Can I buy a spa treatment as a gift?
Yes! Our spa treatments can be gifted and redeemed at another date.
Do you take group spa bookings?
Group spa bookings are available for all occasions. We also have two double treatment rooms where clients can enjoy the same treatment in the same treatment room together.
Do you have spa treatments suitable for pregnancy?
We have spa treatments suitable for the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Including the 'Tales of Bath' spa treatment, a side lying massage, specifically curated to experience during pregnancy.
