- AUAlesha Uddin1 day ago5.0I had The Comforter treatment today with Ellie P and it was such a lovely experience and an amazing start to my day!!🤍Ellie was so lovely, informative and very easy to get along with, she made sure I knew what to expect and also made me feel so comfortable the whole time and did an incredible job! The treatment itself was sooo relaxing, starting with a spa exclusive hot chocolate scrub all over the body which smelt incredible, followed by a gorgeous rose serum massage. My skin feels amazing and the whole experience was so magical! I also had a complimentary drink at the end which was super refreshing and such a lovely finishing touch to the whole experience. Everything was so thoughtful and unique, I left feeling so pampered and relaxed. Thank you so much Ellie and to the staff for making it such a special and unique experience, I’ll definitely be back!! 💗✨
- EDEulalia D'Souza2 days ago5.0My partner and I shared a beautiful Synaethesia Spa Treatment at Lush Spa Cardiff to celebrate a special occasion. Ellie, a kind and bubbly person, helpfully waited for us at the entrance with a sign so that when we came into the shop we were immediately greeted and taken to the spa upstairs. We had our massages with Alana and Selbie, two very patient, kind, and skilled therapists. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and warm-hearted, and our access needs were all kindly and patiently accommodated.
- MCMiriam CruzOct 5, 20265.0Popped in after a rough day and was very cheered up by the lovely staff, especially Eli who was super friendly and helpful! I didn’t know much about Lush, so he showed me around and showed me some products I became curious about. Eli did a hand and arm massage for me with one of the lovely massage bars which absolutely convinced me to get it! Been using it for the past few days and my skin feels so much nicer already(highly recommend!!) He also told me Lush has a Spa, so I know where I’m headed next time I’m feeling a bit low <3
- FWFrazer WildeOct 2, 20265.0Just been into the Lush on Queen Street. Was so busy in there but thankfully a guy called Jon came to help me pick out a few things to get my partner. Just told him a few scents she likes and bathing items she uses and he helped me pick out a decent selection to gift her. What a legend, hopefully she enjoys them, if not, ill still be back to see Jon and spend even more money for myself 😭😭 Great guy 🙏
- HDheledd daviesSep 25, 20265.0Wow what an amazing experience. It started off in a tricky way as I'd booked the synesthesia massage for myself and my daughter as a pre-uni present and we wanted it together. However one of the masseuse had to cancel due to injury. However from this point on Lush spa could not do enough for us and Poppy who did the massages at Cardiff spa was so attentive and nurturing. She really looked after us and did two massages back to back and we had a lovely time at the spa. They really did pull all the stops out after a tricky start which to be fair wasn't anyone's fault. The synesthesia experience was amazing and we really enjoyed it. The staff were awesome and Poppy was amazing.
