We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a busy high street.
Our entrance is step-free.
🏠 Shop Layout: Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shopfloor is fully wheelchair accessible as well as the first floor of the Spa.
Located Nearby – No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in St David's shopping centre located opposite.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Our shop includes a beautiful Lush Spa, located on the first floor and second floor. The first floor is accessible via lift and the second is accessed via stairs.
We have a spacious double treatment room with a bath, on the first floor and the heights of the massage couches are adjustable. We also have an accessible toilet for Spa Clients on this level.
If you have specific accessibility requirements or would like to discuss adjustments in advance, please let us know — we’d love to make your experience as relaxing as possible.

Left the conversation feeling glad that I could have a chat with her even without the amazing consultation. Look for her when you’re visiting this location for an incredible experience. Explained so much about my knotted, matted dry curls and explained how I can naturally heal them. I understand my curl pattern and porosity so much more! I felt so valued and genuinely cared for. She went above and beyond to help me with my hair and the product she showed me (curl power) completely changed my hair (my hair held the curl, looked hydrated and didn’t matify)- no product has worked this way for me before- you could actually see the ringlets and it held the shape. Furthermore, Hollie is one of the nicest most caring people I have ever interacted with and left feeling so valued and seen. I am truly so grateful for the experience and service.
- VVVMay 28, 20263.0Usually have a really good experience as a customer here however recently started on a hair repair journey and when I went into store and explained the lady gave me 4 samples of different conditioners and was so helpful! My 70 year old mother went there yesterday so I asked if she would get me a sample of the supermilk shampoo as I had loved the sample of the conditioner and bought a full size pot so I wanted to tried the shampoo. See the picture for the size difference in the samples I received vs what my mother was given. She was actually buying a full size pot of karma cream for too so it’s not as if we are just going there for freebies 🥲. It somewhat amused me to be honest as the difference is so dramatic but unfortunately my mother was left questioning whether this was personal and so was a bit upset when she presented it to me. I’m not complaining about the sample size per se but just the inconsistency in customer experience.

Can I bring back my Lush packaging?
We'll happily receive all clean packaging. We'll even thank you for being so green! 5 black pots can be exchanged for a free fresh face mask. We've also just launched another Bring It Back scheme which includes body spray bottles and our clear plastic bottles too! For each item returned you can claim 50p of your shop with us.
What's the minimum age for spa treatments?
We have 2 treatments available for people over 12, they'll just need a parent or guardian in the room, we can make this booking a double treatment. For 16 and 17 year olds we have more than 10 treatments available, a parent or guardian must provide consent.
Can I buy a spa treatment as a gift?
Yes! Our spa treatments can be gifted and redeemed at another date.
Do you take group spa bookings?
Group spa bookings are available for all occasions. We also have two double treatment rooms where clients can enjoy the same treatment in the same treatment room together.
Do you have spa treatments suitable for pregnancy?
We have spa treatments suitable for the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Including the 'Tales of Bath' spa treatment, a side lying massage, specifically curated to experience during pregnancy.
