- ABAlistair BallantyneSep 6, 20265.0We did the party experience for a group of 7 11 years old and it was so good! Leading up to the event Lush were really responsive and helpful and the store itself was a wonderful setting. All the colleagues there were really helpful and the two hosts Rydhem and Cake were fabulous and kept everyone entertained for an hour and a half. To top it all off we got lovely party bags! Really good experience.
- K7KSI Gary 7Aug 18, 20265.0Mike was a legend! I asked for a product but he told me it wasn't for sale for a few days. He explained the lush club to me and how you can get it early ! My wife will be very happy! Thanks again Mike!!!
- JJJenAug 12, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic customer service at LUSH Coventry today! I visited the store with my two little children to pick up some birthday gifts, and we had such a lovely experience. Ryan was amazing with kids and took the time to demonstrate how the bath bombs fizzed in the water. He also let them smell and touch lots of the demonstration products, which made it such a fun and engaging sensory experience for them. It was lovely to see someone take the time to make the visit so enjoyable for children. I went in for birthday gifts and, unsurprisingly, left with a few extra treats for myself too! 😂🛁 Thank you, Ryan and the other staff that helped making our visit so special. We’ll definitely be coming back to this store! 💚✨
