We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a busy high street.
There is one small step at the entrance; a portable ramp is available on request.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
Our shop has a step to access, but the rest of the shop is wheelchair accessible.
We don't have a customer toilet.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Only started going into store last Christmas time as never ever been. I have always felt relaxed and happy in the store and always get the help I need. They are always happy to explain about there products uses, and benefits and i just love the store I am trying patiencenltly to wait for the arrival of my favourite SNOW FAIRY hurry up dont think I have any more patience to wait. All the girls are lovely but Cat is my favourite always there to explain and showing me new products. Thankyou girls for your lovely welcome into your store.

The lovely lady with brown hair (sorry didn’t catch your name) was so patient and showed him all the Super Mario goodies. He was obsessed with the Luna star soap bar, and he was over the moon when we got a special Mario gift. Thank you so much — we’ll definitely be back
