- PPPaige Peters1 day ago5.0It was my first time visiting Benefit for a brow wax & tint. A lovely lady called Amanda did an amazing job of my brows, and also, made the experience even better with her bubbly personality. I will definitely be coming back.
- ASAnn Smith2 days ago1.0I turned up for my appointment and nobody there! A member of staff from another counter called Dara and was told she was at home and had no appointments and could I have got the date wrong! I showed my confirmation email. Then I was asked if I could come back later if they could get somebody to come in! I had a wedding the next day so luckily Blink Brow Counter downstairs saved the day. It would have been my first time using Benefit but never again and John Lewis, I suggest you think of removing their franchise because they’re going to sully your name and reputation for being associated with them!! To add insult to injury, I am being inundated with messages thanking me etc etc and now this asking for FEEDBACK!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Amanda for my fabulous brows on the Benefit counter at John Lewis. I received an outstanding level of service and left feeling pampered, relaxed and so happy with the results. Amanda is honestly good for the soul. She’s like therapy. She is so welcoming, friendly, enthusiastic, fun and shared her tricks and tips throughout, nothing is too much trouble as she chats her way through the appointment. Her passion for her artistry simply shines through in her work. Amanda is an exceptional representative of the brand, her knowledge of all things Benefir is amazing and she informed me excitedly of all the latest products and of what was launching soon. I just love the way she brings out the glamour queen in you. Amanda brilliantly built a genuine rapport during the appointment and listened so well to what I wanted and then worked her magic with her tint and waxing strips and tweezers. She is also amazing with my little lady too. Amanda is a phenomenal brow artist and my brows are perfectly shaped and frame my face beautifully.

Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to

WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.
