  I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I visited the store on Saturday and was overcharged for the products I purchased. I am usually a regular online customer of Charlotte Tilbury and frequently buy their products, so this was particularly frustrating. As I live quite far from the Cheshire Oaks store, I have tried to contact them to report the overcharge, but I have not received any response or assistance so far. Due to this experience and the lack of customer service, I will not be shopping here again and would rate this experience zero.

  Reading many excellent reviews regarding Charlotte Tilbury foundation I decided to visit the outlet store on The Cheshire Oaks for their advice. I was warmly welcomed by the artist Olivia. Olivia proceeded to explain about the products I wanted. Olivia made me comfortable on a chair and proceeded to apply my makeup. Firstly products to moisture my face then foundation, concealer and power. Olivia really is a fabulous artist transforming my 68 year old face into a new version of myself. Olivia tried two different shades for me to compare the difference. She then gave me samples to go home with and decide which I preferred. I was treated like a queen Olivia is outstanding, welcoming, professional, friendly , and an expert in her field. I will be using the samples and returning to her for my purchases. Thank you so much Olivia
