  Fantastic customer service from Mabel today in store. She gave me such a fantastic product demo of the 'Charity Pot' body lotion, which smells amazing! She helped me choose some face mask products for my friends with oily skin, and she was incredibly knowledgable on all the ingredients inside. I would highly recommend shopping here :)

  Served today by the gorgeous Chloe. She helped me get exactly what I needed and also was really friendly and great to chat to. She was also very polite about me getting shampoo on my nose from smelling it a bit too enthusiastically! I was pampered with hand creams and my sensitive skin was really taken into account. I came in to buy some daddy-o shampoo after getting a sample of it a few weeks ago from a different wonderful colleague (I want to say James?), and I had a lovely experience both times. Will be returning for more purple shampoo and butter bears!

  I like this place. I generally find shopping overwhelming but the moment you walk into Lush the atmosphere is much nicer, calmer and joyful. Chloe was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me find everything I needed and even added something extra. Great ethics too which vagan and handmade products that are transparent about ingredients and support communities along the supply chain.

  I went here yesterday with my friend to try find the Lush massage bars I've seen online, and I had the best customer service ever from all the staff, but especially Mabel! She was so attentive, she explained what was in the products and helped me decide which scents when I was unsure and gave the best hand/arm massage alongside a sample of some lovely shower gel! I purchased two massage bars and I'm so excited to use them! Thank you, Mabel! And thank you all of the great Lush staff! Will definitely be back :)

  I have been visiting this Lush store in Cambridge almost every weekend with my daughter. We sometimes buy things, although most of the time we visit because my daughter absolutely loves this shop. Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely upsetting. The lady was near door and welcoming and show my daughter some soap in the water she was lovely . But There was a staff member named Kyra who, in my opinion, handled the situation very unprofessionally. My daughter picked up a piece of playdough soap , but she did not damage it. I was right next to her and was making sure she was careful and didn’t damage anything. Suddenly, Kyra with loud voice at my daughter and pulled the product out of her hands. The soap had not been damaged at all. What made the situation even more upsetting was the way she reacted afterwards. She looked extremely angry and walked around the shop showing the soap to other members of staff. My daughter and I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. There was absolutely no need to treat a child in this way, especially when the product had not been damaged. I have always had a positive feeling about this shop because my daughter loves visiting, but after today’s experience, I honestly felt so uncomfortable that I will not be returning to this store again. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.
