  Chardonnay was absolutely lovely!! She made me feel super comfortable during the appointment and was really friendly. My eyebrows look great as well which is of course a massive bonus! Highly recommend 😊👍

  I would not recommend this branch of benefit brow bar to anyone . I’ve been a regular customer of benefit brow bar in both broadmead (the boots at galleries) and the boots at Cribbs. This particular brow waxer - 1) Was very time consuming. I stepped in at 5:17pm and left the place at 6:10pm for just brows and tint !!!! 2) The brows are very unevenly done , the right brow is thinner and the left brow thicker with no clean finish 3) She told me she never did brows before and worked for big brands at the make up counters and has had training from benefit for waxing brows.Told me a sorry when I expressed I was disappointed with the overall experience but seemed to lack true accountability by defecting “ I don’t know what I could have done better, I did what I was trained to do( I am sure she was not trained to wax brows unevenly ) ” . I wonder why benefit would keep her for brow waxing when she clearly did not know what she was doing or knew minimal . I cannot be generously kind to a newbie when I paid £31 or more for just brows and have an event coming up and was really looking forward to getting brows done from my to go place .
