  I'd come to Lush in July to look for a fragrance to wear for my wedding. I'd always enjoyed Lush products, but had never really delved into their fragrance range. When I arrived, Noah met me near the fragrances - I hit him with the absolutely terrible prompt of "my partner likes woody fragrances, stuff that smells like books... Maybe?". Noah then took the time to show me the various perfumes on display, trying to match to my prompt whilst still allowing for some variations, it felt like a tailored experience for me to find the right one. We worked collaboratively, and ended up on Bond Street 1972 (not so woody, but green as can be, and beautiful). Then Noah did something that I'm not sure he knew the impact of, but really made me feel like he truly cared about why I was there, and genuinely made my month. I was in the market for a 30ml or a solid perfume, with money being stretched recently due to the bulk of any spare cash going towards the wedding fund. I was left with a predicament - after finding the perfect fragrance, it ended up outside of my budget (this perfume only comes in £80 100ml bottles). Noah said " don't worry, I've got a plan for this" and with that, whisked me off to the pay counter. He made up a small box, popped the perfume inside, and placed a small card on top. "PAY IT FORWARD!" I had no idea what was going on. Noah then said "it's yours," in possibly the coolest way I could imagine, going on to explain the 'random acts of kindness' that Lush staff are encouraged to make. With that, I shook his hand, and was on my way. In honesty, I could have cried. I'd like to say an absolutely massive thank you to Noah in particular - I'll be wearing Bond Street 1972 at my wedding with a great amount of pride.

  Thank you Eliza for the lovely service we received today. My son came in today to buy some bath bombs for his birthday and you were so attentive and patient with him, showing him how they work and letting him see how the product worked in action! Thank you, for being so kind and making it into an exciting experience for him! :)

  went in on a whim thinking of buying a body wash and came out with more and a lovely experience !!!! maia came over to us and i explained what kind of scents i wanted by showing her my perfume and handcream and she went off and found lots of bits that she thought would be great!! she did an amazing job too as whilst she was having a look around i found 2 things that were perfect and she also picked those two up!!! she also talked me through the body massage bars and i grabbed one of those too!! we sat down with all the bits she grabbed and she talked us through them and put some on my hands and even wiped them off after !!! she was absolutely such a delight and i know how hard retail and customer facing jobs can be so i am really happy that she seemed so happy to go finding all those bits for me and she really was absolutely such a dream !!!! my friend was also with me and i explained he had a nut allergy and when she went looking for fresh facemasks she really kept that in mind double checking with us!! peace and love to u girl always !!!! currently got a bright blue face using ‘dont look at me” face mask and im excited to use my other new bits!! YAYY <3

  Lush - Bristol We went in today and were served by Tia. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products, she even demonstrated some so I could better understand how to use them. As I was reaching the till she came over with a freebie with an pay it forward card - it was so lovely of her and truly made me smile. All the staff we interacted with were great and the atmosphere in there was lovely. Thank you Tia & Team !!

  I went to Lush this week on a whim and had a really wonderful experience. The employee was so kind and generous with her time and explanations. I was very impressed. She was so very patient with my daughter, who was asking her a lot of questions and telling her stories. When I went to make a purchase, the gentleman behind the till asked if I had a Lush app and I didn’t. He called another attendant to help him at the till so I didn’t feel rushed when signing up to the Lush app. It was very an extremely patient and calming transaction. Both employees were so lovely and helpful! Lush just gets things right! I’m always so impressed with the staff, they are knowledgeable, kind, extremely friendly and never pushy! Thank you ☺️
