We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on the lower floor of the shopping centre, with a step-free entrance.
Our shop has an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
All dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Today and every other time she’s been so informative and intelligent about the products and which would be best for any situation. She helped my sister find a lovely face mask suited to her skin care needs and me she helped me decide on the best exfoliation for my legs when shaving. Absolute star. I wish I asked for her name to write in this review as I really hope she gets credit for the extra effort she puts into customers. Will be visiting again

The customer service is insanely on point and every member of the team are genuinely interested in the products and getting to know the customer to match the needs. Special shout out to Noah who was really helpful during my shop - struck to perfect balance between being attentive and leaving me to wander the store. My friend and I left very happy with amazing products

She knew what she was talking about and was very approachable! Ben was also amazing! He let me try different variations of product application and showed me some amazing products which i will be purchasing in the future! All around amazing service and it was a delight to be served by them both. The team as a whole were amazing. I wish i could include all:) x

Being new to the whole experience I was feeling overwhelmed but they both made the effort and went the extra mile! They were very knowledgeable in product information and able to point me in the right direction. As a first impression of lush, i am impressed and the whole team there should be really proud of their customer service! Thanks again, I will definitely be returning!
