We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on the lower floor of the shopping centre, with a step-free entrance.
Our shop has an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
All dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

I was up for the day from Exeter and her friendly and welcoming manner means I only want to use the Bristol store going forward! Thanks Maia!

She gave me a hand and arm massage with the coconut drench body massager and it was absolutely wonderful and finished it with the keep it fluffy dusting powder which both smell incredible. I had a lovely chat with her she was so kind and did a really great massage! I will be visiting again.

Aretta is genuinely the sweetest and most vivacious diva I have ever met; not only was she so prideful as to explain to me the ethical values of lush , but we also had a heart to heart about the struggles of University life and finding oneself. She also helped me purchase this AMAZING shower bar that smells exactly like the "lust" perfume,which she also ever so kindly gifted to me. I didn't know that I could bond with someone so well in such a short amount of time! I once again want to say thank you to Aretta and not only her intellectual prowess for British and Lush history but her vibrant kindness. Show her some love ❤️
- RHRachael Hyam6 days ago5.0LUSH was amazing today. We popped in at the end of a family treat day after a particularly busy period at work. My eldest asked to look at the glitter and both children were treated to almost 20min of interactive glitter and bath bomb fun with Maia! It was perfect, we all felt like we had the most amazing fun and relaxing time and came away with a couple of bath bombs, a spray, some samples (carefully selected for us for max fun), a gift body wash, huge smiles and covered in glitter 🤣. Thank you Maia, you made their day, and mine. Ps. I'd also like to thank the gentleman who helped us with the glitter before Maia. I'm afraid I don't know his name, but he is deeply committed to the cause and, I suspect, will be sparkling for days!

Aretta gave us perfume consultations and I ended up coming away with a new favourite fragrance!! So pleased!! Definitely planning to come back to this Lush hoping to be served by her
