  My experience at Lush Hair Lab with Argie was simply lush! From the moment I arrive, I feel completely at home. Argie is incredibly gentle with my hair and always takes such great care, making every appointment a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The Hair Lab itself is beautiful, warm and welcoming, with a gorgeous homely atmosphere that makes you feel truly special. It’s more than just a hair appointment — it’s a pampering experience for the hair, body and soul. The hair wash is pure bliss, the treatments are top-notch, and my hair always leaves feeling wonderfully soft, nourished and strengthened. You can tell that healthy hair and genuine care are at the heart of everything Argie does. As a Natural Hair Specialist myself, I am very particular about who I trust with my hair. Finding Argie and Lush Hair Lab has been a real joy, and I feel completely confident placing my hair in her hands.   Highly recommend, everybody was so sweet and helpful! Hubby and I went today and had the best hair experience, quite literally ever. We had a calming spa treatment with a wash, cut and blowdry with Ellesse and Jimo who completely transformed us physically, mentally and spiritually. Honestly, such a kind and talented team who were able to give hair care advice whilst also delivering top knotch service and elite tier banter! Thank you guys so much ❤️

  I booked a silk press and trim with Argie and asked for a small trim, but I felt more hair was taken off than I requested. The result was uneven with layers that didn’t blend smoothly, and the ends also looked choppy, even though my hair was full and balanced before. She clearly got a bit too scissor happy and did her own thing. I did stop her and reiterate that I didn’t want much taken off, just a trim and was told it was just split ends so I trusted her 😔 Since then, I haven’t felt confident wearing my hair out. My hair appears much flatter from the side with a noticeable point where the top section ends, making it harder to style especially in a bun. She was friendly, had a nice energy and gave helpful hair advice, but I personally wasn’t happy with the result at all.

  I visited Lush Hair Lab Brighton on Saturday and had an appointment with David. My hair was looking dull and I was completely bored of it, but David really took the time to listen to everything I wanted and talked me through exactly what we were going to do. He also showed me all the products we’d be using and explained everything in great detail, which I really appreciated. I’ve always wanted texture in my hair but have never been able to achieve it, David managed to create exactly that through the cut and style, and I absolutely love it. The botanical hair wash was incredible, I have honestly never felt so relaxed! During the cut, David was amazing: he never rushed, paid so much attention to detail, and kept checking in to make sure I was happy throughout. I can genuinely say I’ve never felt this happy after a haircut, and I’ve already booked to go back. David, you are amazing!
