Our shop is located on a high street.
Yes. Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has an open layout and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
Our shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Shar was so sweet and kind to my daughter, and showed us a glitter powder product... to my 7 year old daughter's delight as she was keen to smell and test almost everything! My daughter was thrilled with her Mooncake bath bomb! Lush products have never ever let us down. Thank you so much Shar! The way you engaged with her and asked her questions about her day and her favourite products was such a highlight for her. Extremely professional and outstanding customer service 👏

He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly polite, making her feel involved and comfortable throughout. What really stood out was how he went the extra mile to ensure we found the right product rather than simply making a sale. The rest of the team were equally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, creating a lovely atmosphere in the store. Excellent customer service from everyone. My partner has bad anxiety so shopping can be stressful for her but Jas made it fun, engaging and a special memorable experience for her. She even gave us a couple of freebies and pointed out the app/rewards program and how many random extras we’d get for free. thanks for making my girlfriends day and for the free bathbomb on my birthday!
