Our shop is located on a high street.
Yes. Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has an open layout and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
Our shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

- TKTiffiney Kent4 days ago5.0We did a Lush birthday party for my 13 year old daughter and 5 of her friends on Friday 25.09.26 at the Brighton store. All the staff were wonderful and they managed to keep the girls entertained for 1.5 hours which is not easy. Can highly recommend. Thanks. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She was lovely to talk to and helped finding me what I needed and picked out amazing options. - NMneta maySep 22, 20265.0Went in today for my first time ever… a woman called Jaz served me and she was the most welcoming, encouraging, excited and knowledgeable person I’ve ever had show me around a store. It was such a unique experience and I got so much and honestly just loved it. I cannot explain how much I adored the way she showed me around in the store but to try and explain it best, my eyes were as wide as a blind person seeing the world for the first time. I LOVE LUSH.

We walked around played with the big jelly soap that we were allowed to touch and interact with, walked around, we had a bad experience with another shop so we told a few workers about the story. All of them listened very kindly and were incredibly sweet. I like how in Lush, your allowed to interact with a lot of things. I don't have their names but I wish I did especially the person introducing us to the body scents (I think). They were great and they made my first time their definitely not my last. Thank you guys <3

We popped in to buy a little treat – Oona saw her birthday badge and gave us the warmest welcome – a free potion-making demo, some shower gel samples for the girls and a free bathbomb! We also treated ourselves to some special edition Japanese bathbombs and a gorgeous Pompompurin shower jelly. It was lovely to receive such a warm and generous welcome and we all left with big smiles on our faces. Many thanks!
