Our shop is located on a high street.
Yes. Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has an open layout and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
Our shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

- DSDebbie Sadler6 days ago5.0I have to give a shout out to an amazing lush shop assistant called Finn! I went into lush looking for hair products, as my hair is very dry. I really wasn’t sure what to get. Finn approached me with a great smile and incredible knowledge of the lush products. She picked out the best hair products that would help nourish my hair. I got home , used them and Finn was spot on. My hair feels incredible! Thank you Finn… you are a lush legend ✨🌟

He was so kind and considerate - he gave us recommendations, not only for the bath bombs I was purchasing, but also on where to go during our time in Brighton. Unfortunately they didn't have the one I was after, but a lovely staff member named Ava was SO helpful and helped me test some and was so attentative. I went back a week later to buy the massage bar, and Ava was there again and she helped me yet again when I had a few questions. I dont know if she knew or not, but I was having a really bad day at that time I went in, but her being so kind really lifted my spirits. Amazing customer service.

She showed my daughter the Unicorn Poop bath bomb and then created loads of bubbles. Finished off at the glitter car wash with golden power and lemon glitter! Her and her colleague were welcoming, friendly and it felt really genuine. Thank you for making her so happy
