  Today I had the Sound Bath treatment with Becca. She was absolutely brilliant, made me feel really comfortable and explained every step of the treatment beforehand which really lifted a lot of my anxiety as I get worried when I don't know what to expect. I have never felt more relaxed in my life, particularly as I have ADHD and often struggle to switch off and enjoy treatments like this. Becca checked in with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable and not too hot. My skin felt amazing after and I felt so at peace from the sound bath. The iced water on arrival and homemade lemonade after were really nice touches, as well as the brilliantly stocked bathroom. I will definitely be back for another treatment in the future.

  Wonderful experience at Lush Spa Birmingham! We originally just came in to have a look around, but we were so happy with the service we received. The staff member RIFAT we met was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was so kind to my mum, her skin is quite sensitive, and she took great care by giving her a lovely hand massage, which made such a difference and left her feeling so comfortable. She also showed us around the beautiful spa upstairs and even gave us some free products to take home. We were so pleased to find items that are perfect for my son’s eczema, they work really well and are gentle on his skin. We will definitely be coming back soon to try one of their massages and to buy more of these great products. Highly recommend visiting! 🤍 Would you like me to make a shorter version too, or adjust anything to sound more like you? 😊

  Had a Lush Icons Book a Bath with the scent Sex Bomb. Eve looked after me and was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She explained how it worked and helped select products based on our consultation. The whole experience was one of the most relaxing things I've done.

  Had the pleasure of experiencing “The Good Hour” massage completed by the lovely Lydia. She was very patient, informative and educative behind every step taken before and after treatment. Extremely accommodating staff and an even better spa experience. I must say I feel much lighter after this wonderful massage as Lydia put extra effort in the target areas discussed prior. Couldn’t be more grateful and would highly recommend! A true escapism indeed. Thank you very much Lush!

  I am not the type of person who typically writes reviews, but the level of care I received from Rifat at the Birmingham New Street store was so outstanding that I simply had to share it. I have battled extremely dry, problematic skin on my face for years. I had tried countless products, but nothing ever provided lasting relief. When I visited the store, Rifat completely changed my outlook. She took the time to sit down with me, listened to my history, and patiently explained a tailored routine using a specific cleanser and cream.The results have been nothing short of transformative. For the first time in years, my skin feels healthy, hydrated, and comfortable. My confidence has improved immensely. I even returned to the store recently just to show Rifat the progress and thank her personally for her expertise and kindness. To top off this incredible experience, she completely surprised me with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers as a random act of kindness. This gesture really touched me and absolutely made my day.Thank you so much, Rifat! You are a true asset to the team, and because of you, I am now a loyal Lush customer for life. If you are struggling with your skin, I cannot recommend her enough.
