Welcome to our gorgeous shop, spa & in store florist!
We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop has an open layout spread over two floors (lift and stair access to upper floor), with or florist on the ground floor opposite the tills, and our spa upstairs at the back of the store. If you're popping in to visit us - ask for the shop tour!
We'd love for you to try out our products to find what's right for you, so we have a range of instore services to offer!
The shop and spa are fully wheelchair accessible
We have customer accessible toilets.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Our shop includes a beautiful Lush Spa, located on the first floor with lift access.

- GFGoat Fan1 day ago5.0I got a sticky dates dusting powder and a lemon cuticle balm, and was helped by staff whenever it was needed. They were really polite when I walked in and could tell I had headphones on so they didn’t try to bother me too much. The lady who helped me with a question I had had pink hair and was very polite, and told me I could download the app for store credit :) I got £3 off at the till and paid only 12.50 for both products and the other lovely girl who served me gave me a free face mask! Nice shopping experience <3

From start to finish we were given the most beautiful customer service and the treatment itself was exceptional. I was so relaxed I fell asleep at one point & I was genuinely gutted when it was over! The Birmingham store spa staff and receptionist were absolutely wonderful, a real credit to the business. I feel so relaxed and ready to carry on with my week and I cannot wait to book in again soon!

Ruby was knowledgeable, friendly, and really helped me understand which products would suit my hair best. Not only that, she let me choose several products to sample at home! I wasnt sure what to expect but i was completely blown away by the intention and how well the party was planned. The kids had an amazing time. Hollie was incredibly kind, calm and welcoming, and immediately made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. She was also very informative, taking the time to explain the treatments and making sure everything was tailored to what I needed. She is a brilliant masseuse with excellent skills and such a calming presence. She was attentive throughout, very accommodating, and seemed to know exactly where I was holding tension and how much pressure was needed. I never felt rushed at any point — the whole experience felt thoughtful, personal and genuinely restorative. The Good Hour was an amazing full-body experience and really helped release so much tension, while The Spell was the perfect complement and left me feeling incredibly relaxed and grounded. Having both treatments made the experience feel like a complete reset. What really stood out to me was Hollie herself. Her kindness, professionalism and attention to detail made an already lovely treatment feel extra special. I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed and very well looked after. Thank you so much, Hollie, for such a wonderful experience. I would absolutely recommend her and both treatments, and I will definitely be returning!

How do I enquire about spa?

Is there a way to try a product before I buy it?
Absolutely! You can try most of our products in store when you have a consultation, or ask us for a sample to try at home.
Can I bring back my Lush packaging?
Please do! We'll happily receive all clean packaging. We'll even thank you for being so green! 5 black pots can be exchanged for a free fresh face mask. We've also just launched another Bring It Back scheme which includes body spray bottles and our clear plastic bottles too! For each item returned you can claim 50p of your shop with us.
Are all of your products vegan?
All of our products are vegetarian, with over 90% of our products being vegan. All of our products are registered with The Vegetarian Society or The Vegan Society. We do not use any eggs or dairy.
Where's Snow Fairy?!
Our gorgeous Snow Fairy range is a Christmas exclusive so is usually only around between October and December. Don't worry, we still have lots of candy scented products all year round!
Are your spa treatments suitable for pregnant people?
We offer a wide range of treatments suited to every need. We don't offer treatments in the first trimester of pregnancy but do have options available for second and third.
Do you have treatments for more than one person?
We have a total of 5 treatment rooms, one of which is a double. So we can take group bookings. We also host spa parties with additional activities if you want an extra special day.
Are walk in spa treatments available?
Walk ins are welcome, but to avoid disappointment we recommend booking in advance, especially for group bookings and weekends.
What's the minimum age for spa treatments?
We have 2 treatments available for people over 12, they'll just need a parent or guardian in the room, we can make this booking a double treatment. For 16 and 17 year olds we have more than 10 treatments available, a parent or guardian must provide consent.
Can buy a spa treatment as a gift?
Yes, we encourage it! We provide beautiful spa gift card packs for the perfect present. We've also removed the expiry on our gift cards! Clients are also able to pay on the day of treatment.
Do you have a florist?
Yes! We are fortunate to be one of five UK stores to have our very own in store florist! We have fresh, seasonal, British farmed flowers, and offer a beautiful, bespoke service for you to make the perfect bouquet for you! We also have a selection of pre-made bouquets on offer too.
Are you hiring?
