  Nadia is fantastic. My skin is very extremely sensitive and it can be difficult to find good skincare products. Nadia took the time to show me how each product worked and she recommended some excellent options for my particular skin type. I will be back again and I am thankful for Nadia's kindness and expertise during my recent visit.

  I have always none of lush however did not really go into the store till February 2026 after my sister in law had dragged me in and introduced the massage bars which is absolutely amazing, they are so nourishing and different bars helps with different issues within your body I.e. turmeric massage bare for arthritis. I also love their shampoos and conditions and they have something for everyone. I have know been in few different lush stores like Marry Hill, Birmingham, Glasgow and all staff in these stores have been very friendly and approachable. I have found it very easy and comfortable to talk to about some of the issues I was having in order for them to recommend which of their products would be best suited to me. I had my hair hennah treatment done at Marry Hill, they were soo lovely and accommodating they took their time to make me feel comfortable as I do wear a hijab, they had provided a privet and secure place for me which I really appreciated for accommodation for my needs, especially when they do not have a spa in this store. Yesterday I went into Marry Hill and met Kallen at lush store who was woundedful and very knowledgeable about their products and have introduced me to lush perfums which was amazing. I have also had great experience with Glasgow lush spa Janet who was my therapist really took her time to get to no me and new exactly what my body needed. Due to thus I have booked another spa treatments however in Birmingham and hoping have the same level of experience. I am a little disappointed to learn Birmingham lush store has lot their pilot provligages as I am from from Birmingham and lot of their products that I would have like to try I can only purchase online like carlm down and shield. I just would like to give a huge sout out to some of your exceptional staff that I have met and made my experiences at lush extraordinary Janet, Anne, Frank, Kallen, Angela, Juleat and Ibrahim.

  Super friendly, genuine and informative staff . Ella,Lewis, Jazz, Lucy, 💫 absolute stars!!! 😎 They all provided excellent service, very knowledgeable. They took the time to provide me samples of the products I was interested in and made great recommendataions. I am absolutely delighted by this Lush location. Even the security guard is cool

  I booked a treatment for both me and my mother. Our Therapist Hollie was incredibly talented at what she does - her calm approach to starting the treatment, created the perfect atmosphere. Her knowledge of the ingredients and lush products used was impressive and both treatments ( The Spell and The Comforter) were the best weve both had. We were transformed into utter relaxation and the feeling was magical - when comparing our experiences after the treatments both appeared to be just as special as the other. Both came with a refreshing drink that had ingredients to complement the treatments, this was a lovely touch. We both also had the Bath experince, whilst the other was in treatment. WOW! This is an absolute must - the room design, created a beautiful setting. You get a range of lush products to try and you get to take the soap away that is left over. Initally, I thought it was a little on the upper side of the price. Especially as it was 'just a treatment' but having completed the experience it was absolutely worth every penny and absolutelynot 'just a treatment'. Thank you for such a Gorgeous experience Lush Spa Birmingham.

  I chose The Good Hour spa treatment because I’d been working hard (life being life) and wanted to do something for myself to top up my energy. I’d been researching places for a while. I’m not new to massages, but I was looking for somewhere with a little bit of magic. I wondered whether I was being unrealistic, but I’m so glad I kept searching because I think I’ve found my place. I absolutely had to write this review because I had a phenomenal experience. Amy, who looked after me, was kind, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She explained the products being used, the thinking behind the ingredients and the role each one was intended to play, which made the whole treatment feel thoughtful and considered. She quickly picked up on where I was holding tension in my body and applied exactly the right amount of pressure to help release the knots. Throughout the treatment, she spoke calmly and clearly, so I always knew what was happening next and felt completely at ease. I also loved the sea theme. I genuinely felt as though I was on a boat in the middle of the ocean. By the end, I felt deeply relaxed, but energised at the same time. I had such a great experience overall and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a little spot of magic. Thank you for looking after me, Amy!
